The ongoing noise of what sounded like a stuck car horn or somebody continuously holding down on their horn, echoed throughout the neighborhood, making me wince as the sound was starting to remind me of nails on a chalkboard. I bit my bottom lip nervously as I slowly made my way across the living room and over to the window. I climbed up on the other couch and pulled back the curtain a little bit, just enough to see where the car horn was coming from and what the police in the squad car outside were doing that they weren't stopping the annoying car horn.

My eyes scanned around, laying upon the squad car. The officer in the drivers seat was face down on the steering wheel, causing the horn to continuously go off and the other officer in the passenger seat was slouched in his seat, his head tilted back with his throat slit and blood pouring - even squirting out. The horn was a warning...

Gasping in terror, I pushed myself off of the couch and away from the window. I gulped as fear coursed it's way through my veins, making my grip on the shaft of the crowbar even tighter. A whimper escaped me mouth before my mouth became dry as I frantically took five steps back, looking from side to side before I hurried towards the staircase to get to Julia and Bria.

Without warning, the familiar face of Jamie jumped out from behind the wall causing a small yelp to escape from my mouth before my instincts kicked in and I raised the crowbar above my head and swung down at Jamie, hitting him repeatedly until he stopped howling out in pain and finally fell to the floor. They're not kidding when they say that adrenaline fueled by fear is one of the most dangerous things to happen.

I glanced over my shoulder, seeing Baggy with a sawed off shot gun running straight towards me. My eyes widened and without hesitation I spun back around and leaped over Jamie's body, running up four steps of the stairs. Before Baggy could run up the stairs behind me, I stopped and turned around, gritting my teeth as I swung the crowbar at Baggy, hitting him so hard in the shoulder that he yelped out in pain and I lost grip of the crowbar. I acted fast and booked it up the stairs, almost slipping and falling down on my face. Baggy growled and cocked his shotgun, raising it up and firing it at me.

Baggy had missed me by a thread, blowing a huge hole in the wall behind me. My heart felt like it had stopped as soon as I heard the boom from the shotgun, falling to my knees and running up the rest of the stairs like a crab. Luckily my upstairs was hardwood flooring, allowing me to slide into the upstairs bathroom as Baggy cocked his shotgun again and fired - this time hitting the wooden stair railing, sending pieces of wood flying. Whatever the case, I somehow just managed to avoid being shot twice.

I quickly jumped to my feet in the pitch dark bathroom, running to the toilet, grabbing the porcelain top of the toilet piece. . Baggy ran in the bathroom after me, struggling to flick the light on at first. He gritted his teeth as he turned on the light, but as soon as he did his eyes widened as I swung the heavy porcelain piece, hitting him dead center in the face. Just like in the movies, blood and a tooth or two flew out of his mouth as I did so, I dropped the porcelain piece as he fell to the ground. Meanwhile, Heco had made his way up my stairs with a single barreled rifle in his hands, as he came into view in the bathroom doorway, he pulled back the trigger on his rifle and aimed the barrel towards me.

My eyes widened and all I could hear was the horrific cries of terror coming from both Bria and Julia in the other rooms. I dove onto the floor, just missing the shot that Jamie had just fired. Jamie aimed his rifle at me again as I rolled on to my back, propping myself up with my elbows while I panted heavily, trying to catch my breathe. My eyes went even wider as I watched him pull back the trigger. Out of fear and my instincts kicked in, making me kick the bathroom door closed, watching as it swung in front of Jamie's gun, the bullet ricocheted off the door, hitting Baggy in the kneecap. Baggie screamed out in agony, crying little a newborn baby. Jamie gasped staring down at Baggy's leg, giving me time to jump up on my feet. Jamie shot his head up in my direction as I charged at him, lunging forward and grabbing onto his shoulders, shoving him out of the bathroom and straight into the broken, wooden railing.
