As I climbed out of Billy's car, I pulled up my hood on my hoodie and ran towards mine and Bria's balcony. After Billy made me choose what I wanted last night, which was obviously him, I went back to his place...or our place now I guess... Anyways, ironically it started to storm shortly after I decided to go with Billy. It's still raining hard and the wind is freezing. Billy's car sped off as I pulled open the screen door.

"Oh good, you're awake." I said as I came inside the apartment and stared at Bria who was laying on the couch, flipping through channels.

"I'm surprised you're awake..." Bria mumbled glancing over at me, "I figured Billy would have had you out all night after you left here."

I shrugged as I walked over to the other couch against the wall, yawning as I sat down and looked at the coffee table noticing my cash was no longer there, "Where's the money?".

"Settle down. Julia took it. Julia!" Bria called out.

A few moments later, Julia walked out of the spare room and sat down beside me, pulling out the money I had won last night out of her pocket. I sighed in relief as she gave me a wink, knowing that I was worried Bria and Joe had used it for cocaine. My teeth chattered as I shivered from being so cold. Billy had left the bedroom window open all night and I woke up freezing even though I was wearing my hoodie to bed.

"You sick or something?" Bria asked as she sat up right on the couch.

I shook my head, "No. Billy kept our window open all night."

"Our window, hey?" Bria asked with a chuckle. "So I take it you're moving out?".

I shrugged, "I guess I am."

"Joe's moving in this morning once Jamie and Heco wake up to help him move his stuff here." Bria said as she walked over to the coffee table in front of Julia and I, grabbing her cigarette pack. "What are you going to do?" Bria asked looking over at Julia.

"I'm going home... I hear Bobby Mercer is still single and interested in me." Julia replied with a sly grin forming on her face.

"Really?!" I exclaimed turning my head to glare at her.

"..Here we go" Bria grumbled as she took a drag off her cigarette and sat back down on the other couch.

"What?! I like him.. we've liked each other for years." Julia said in defense.

"He's also my ex boyfriend's brother..." I growled.

"Key word: ex." Julia replied while rolling her eyes. "Besides... Jack is still single because he's in love with you."

"I don't care." I snapped.

"Alright.. Alright, touchy this morning are we?" Julia chuckled.

"So that means I'm moving in to your soon to be old room, Amber. Then I'll rent the other two rooms out to Baggy and Jamie, that way they don't have to keep couching it at Amanda's." Bria said calmly, slowly exhaling smoke out of her mouth.

"Well... I didn't do this for no reason." I said as I pulled out three, 100 dollar bills and handed them to Bria. "Pay the rent and do what you said you were going to do." I said in a demanding tone.

Bria rolled her eyes as she snatched the money out of my hands, "Thanks."

"Fucking stupid..." Julia mumbled under her breathe as she stood up from the couch.

Julia was angry that I had once again came to Bria's rescue. I already was moving out on short notice... I felt that I owed it to Bria to help her out with the rest of the rent. After all, she still is my best friend and I don't want to move out on bad terms between her and I. Julia was already in my room by the time I got off the couch and followed her.
