Hopeful and Hopeless

Emilie is hopeless, she gets distracted, overwhelmed and is very cautious. So why, just as her life starts to get all too busy, does Lukas show up? She can't help but see him as just another distraction. She has far more important things to focus on; the opening of her new cafe, her disabled sister.

But she hasn't been selfish for a long time, she hasn't had the chance to. At least thats her excuse.

Lukas' life is seemingly perfect. He is the first born to Joseph Berkeley, the headmaster and founder of the most prestigious college in America, Berkeley University. But wealth doesn't mean happiness, it never has. Not for Lukas that is. But when he meets Emilie, everything becomes clear. Finally he found something he wants to work for, something he's passionate about. All hope that he once had, is restored. He becomes hopeful again, hopeful for his future, hopeful for Emilie.

Now, he just needs to convince her to be selfish.
