The camp had a dark air about it since Leo's demise, everyone except the crew men didn't have much to say to each other. Leo,  the one person who scarcely ever said anything was snatched by the jaws of death, the grim reminder that it could have been anyone else continued to hit them,  and that they had to proceed with caution, not loose more members. A kind of weakness and loss of morale had somehow crept into the camp,  they were running low on resources, all the horses had died that night in the storm,  drowning below deck after the ship was split in two. Nothing was left of the Marlin, but the bow above the water.

Kira lay in a tent,  without a word to any one. She wanted to be left alone, and everyone respected her wishes, expecting her to snap out of that mood before the end of the week,  although it was already a few days old. The other girls would go to see her together from time to time,  but she never said anything to them. Neither did she eat anything. She was  at the core of the negative energy that was spreading, but they couldn't force her out of it,  just waiting for her to get over it,  even if its just a little bit.

Edda, noticing the toll this took on Kira, reflected on her life,  and pondered if there was someone that important  to her, who's death could draw her into complete solitude and agony,  then her thoughts landed on Levi. From her tent where she sat opposite Ava, she pondered on the relationship between them, it was straining and she could feel it. She recalled, Back on the ship when she descended below deck to see him.

After her attempt to go to Kelvin failed,  she had followed him below deck, found him inspecting the remaining resources.  She had stopped by the entrance, and let out a fake cough. The crew understood and left them to each other. She knew it was a hard thing to to do,  getting Levi off his work. He was always busy with one thing or the other,  but she really wanted to set the record straight between them. She had walked over to him but he maintained a distance between them. Noticing how uncomfortable he was,  she asked what he had against her.  After much reluctance he finally opened up and told her, about her movements with Kelvin,  but she didn't see anything wrong with, and that angered him,  she just didn't understand why he felt less important to her than Kelvin.

She sighed and got up.  Out of the tent, and went all the way to find him. Finally locating him with the other guys. It was the full circle,  presiding over what to do next.
"Leo's death can't be in vain " she heard Ivan propose. " he asked if we got the beast for a reason " he said
" we can't risk losing more men just for revenge " Levi replied
" and were talking about a beast over a 100 foot long here" Gaitan supported.
"besides, how do we get to it, the ship is down"  Vulcan added
"we could set a trap right here on land" Ivan replied
"and expect it to come here " Rava asked arching an eyebrow " c'mon its too big a fish to be that stupid "
" but its  worth the try" Ivan argued
"no it's not"  Levi yelled and grabbed him by the collar "get a hold yourself  man, Leo's gone,  no amount of revenge is going to change that"  Levi let go of him after a brief pause, noticing he had gone physical already.

"i get it" Ivan said in a low tone, adjusting his collar.  "i just can't believe I'm the only one who thinks Leo's death should be avenged"  he concluded turning to Kelvin.
The others also traced his gaze to Kelvin and before long,  they were all looking at him, who was staring into the fire at the middle.
From where he stood, outside the circle, he could feel their eyes on him,  Ivan's in particular. He slowly looked down diagonally to his side, away from them, Signifying that he couldn't consent to the matter.
"that settles it then,  we set out again tomorrow " Levi concluded  as they all stood up to leave. Ivan couldn't believe Kelvin's response to the matter. He eventually stomped off to find Mia.
