After failing to defeat the Incubus in the first book of the series, Kelvin and the others, using their acquired intelligence of the imminent threat, help Strolgar, ( which assumed the position of a sheild to the realm) build defenses, in preparation for the coming war.
As diverse folks gather( both of realms of men and the neighboring others) in Strolgar, the city plunged into an economic crisis, that threatened to destroy the temporary peace the coming war and compelled them to. Seizing the initiative, Blackheath and Knightsbridge, make an assault on the struggling city...
