"Guys, I'd like you to meet my cousin Chloe, Chloe this is Monica, Chandler, Joey, Rachel and Ross," Phoebe introduced.
You shyly waved at the group who all greeted you with warm smiles. "It's nice to meet you all," you grinned, feeling a little bit more confident due to their welcoming nature.
"It's nice to meet you too, even though we didn't know you existed until a week ago, Phoebe didn't mention that she had anymore family," Monica said," So do you live in New York?"
"No I live in Wisconsin," you replied.
Your answer made Chandler chuckle, much to your confusion. Monica elbowed him for being rude which made him frown at her. "What's so funny?" You asked.
"I wouldn't brag about living in Wisconsin," Chandler said.
"And why's that? I think it's a great place to live," you responded.
"Wisconsin is famous for cheese. It's just laughable," Chandler chuckled.
"I'm assuming you think you're the funny one in the group," you responded.
"I don't assume, I know, it's a fact," he smirked.
"Clearly you're delusional then. Making fun of where someone is from isn't funny, it's stupid," you retorted.
From that moment on, you and Chandler continuously bickered and it was slowly getting on everyone's nerves. You constantly made fun of each other and insulted every little thing the other person did. One evening, Chandler turned up at Monica's apartment with a glum expression. "Everything okay?" Monica asked.
"My blind date fell thought," Chandler said, slumping down on one of the sofa.
"What do you mean 'fell through'" Ross asked.
"She just never showed up. Sat there for an hour like a loner," he huffed.
"Maybe she did show up but saw your face and left," you joked.
"Ha, hilarious," Chandler grumbled.
"Aw honey, don't be offended, people being scarred by your face is a common occurrence," you smirked.
"Wow Chloe, aren't you just a sweetheart," Chandler snapped.
"I do try," you chuckled.
"I mean I don't think you can criticise me,  how long has it been since you've had sex, 5 months? And didn't some guy dump you for a his ex a few weeks ago?" Chandler said.
Your eyes widened at his words, shocked as to how he knew that information. "Phoebe!!! I can't believe you told him about that!" You hissed.
"Sorry Chloe, it just slipped out," Phoebe apologised.
"Aw honey, don't be offended, men not wanting to sleep with you is a common occurrence," Chandler smirked.
"Oh look, another failed attempt at being funny," you snapped.
"I think you'll find I'm a hoot," Chandler huffed.
The argument continued through the evening until yourself and Phoebe finally left. A few days later, the bickering intensified after Chandler had told fake stories to a guy you were on a date with.  "I cannot believe you did that," you shouted as you stormed into Monica's apartment.
"Come on, it was funny," Chandler said.
"Wow wow wow, what's happened now?" Rachel asked, putting her magazine on the coffee table.
"This asshole told the guy I was on a date with that I'm a lady of the night and I only go on dates with guys so that I can get more clients," you explained, anger steaming out of you.
"Oh my god Chandler, why would you do that?" Rachel gasped.
"Why wouldn't I do that," he chuckled.
"Chandler, that guy works at my office, which I started at two days ago, and I doubt he's going to keep this a secret," you snapped.
"Don't be mad, at least you'll get the attention you so desperately crave," he said.
"You are despicable," You hissed.
"No Chloe, I'm funny," he stated.
"No Chandler, you are not funny. You are dumb and stupid," you yelled.
"You don't have to be so rude," he snapped.
"Excuse me? I don't have to be so rude? You have been nothing but rude to me since the second I got here," you replied.
"Not my fault you annoyed me the second you got here," he grumbled.
"You know what I don't have to deal with this."
And with that, you stormed out of the apartment and headed back to the one you shared with Phoebe. You angrily threw your bag and coat onto the sofa, furious with how Chandler was treating you. You couldn't believe that he had ruined your chances with a guy that you quite liked and then not even bothered to apologise. The next day you went over to Joey and Chandler's apartment to get something from Joey when you were sure Chandler would be at work. You hurried up the stairs, needing to get to grab what you lent Joey and get to work. "Joey I need my face cream back, my skin is dying over here," you said as you walked into the apartment.
"Joey's not here," an all too familiar voice announced.
You glared at Chandler who had just emerged from his bedroom. "Aw, why the sour face," he said in a patronising tone.
"Seeing your face has ruined my morning," you replied.
"Geez, no need to be so mean," Chandler said with mock offence.
"Anyway, have you seen my face cream, Joey borrowed it last week and I desperately need it?" You asked.
"I can tell, you look awful," Chandler said, a smirk resting on his face.
"Excuse you?" You snapped.
"You said if yourself, you desperately need it, and it's very obvious," he replied.
"Why are you such a jerk? Insulting someone's appearance is not funny," you grumbled.
"I found it funny," he responded, shrugging his shoulders.
"Well clearly your little pea sized brain can't understand the difference between funny and straight up offensive," You spat.
"Don't come into my apartment and start insulting me, that's just rude," he retorted, a from etching on his face.
"That's so rich coming from you, just the other day you came to mine and Phoebe's apartment and saw the broken mirror and made a lovely joke about how it obviously shattered after I'd looked into it," you said, getting more annoyed by the second.
"Maybe if you weren't so arrogant, it wouldn't be as easy to offend you," he responded.
"God, you are such an ass. There doesn't seem to be a damn nice bone in your whole body. I don't get what I did to annoy you but there is no need to constantly be so rude to me. I have never done anything to you but it's obviously just impossible for you to be nice to anyo..."
You were cut off by Chandler pressing his lips to yours. You shoved him back, a confused look on your face. "What was that for?" You asked, completely baffled by his actions.
"You talk too much," he chuckled.
"Come on, can't you go even a minute without being mean to me? Is it so hard to just compliment som..."
Once again he cut you off by capturing your lips in his. This time you didn't push him away. You wrapped your arms around his neck and pulled him closer to you. He placed his hands on your hips, gripping tightly. "How about we take this to my bedroom and try and make your morning a little bit better," Chandler suggested, pulling away from the passionate kiss.
You nodded your head eagerly causing Chandler to smirk. You jumped up and wrapped your legs around Chandler's waist and pressed your lips to his once again. He carried you into his bedroom, slamming the door closed behind him.

You both flopped back on the bed, completely out of breath. "Wow, that was amazing," Chandler said, breathing heavily.
"Who knew that you'd be so good in bed Chandler Bing," you joked.
"Same goes for you Chloe, who knew you had it in you," he smirked.
"It's safe to say I need to go home and change since you ripped my blouse," you said, letting out a small giggle.
"Sorry, I got a little bit impatient," he apologised even though you could tell he wasn't sorry at all.
"Right well I best hurry up and get my ass to work," you said, pushing yourself off the bed.
You threw on your skirt and tucked one of Chandler's shirts into it. "I'll see you later," you grinned, leaning down to press a kiss to his lips.
You sauntered out of the room with a big grin on your face, leaving Chandler smiling to himself in his bed.
The two of you decided that it would be best not to tell the group about what had happened between the two of you since you didn't want it to be made into a big deal. However, a few days after sleeping with each other, it happened again. It became a regular occurrence between the two of you but you were both unsure of what the relationship title was. After a month of sneaking around, you finally got caught. Chandler had invited you over to his apartment because Joey had gone out for lunch with Phoebe and Monica. "Are you sure he isn't going to come back anytime soon?" You asked.
"I'm positive," he replied.
You grinned and pushed him back on the sofa, straddling his lap. "Eager are we?" He chuckled.
"Just shut up and kiss me," you said.
Chandler leant forward and connected your lips. The kiss was filled with passion, the feelings you both shared for one another becoming evident. Chandler's hand ran softly up and down your thigh as you continued to make out on the bright yellow sofa. "OH MY GOD!" A voice squealed.
You screamed in shock and fell off of Chandler's lap onto the floor. You looked up and saw Phoebe, Joey and Monica stood in the doorway. "Joey what are you doing back?" Chandler asked.
"I forgot my wallet," he replied," but the big question is what are you two doing?"
"Why on earth were you two kissing? I thought you both hated each other," Monica questioned.
"About a month ago, we kind of slept together and we've kind of been seeing each other in secret since," you answered honestly, not wanting to lie to your cousin.
"I can't believe it," Phoebe answered," so are you two together or what?"
Truth was that you didn't actually know what you and Chandler were. It seemed like you were just friends with benefits but you secretly liked the guy you had once strongly disliked. "I really like Chloe, it's early days but I really think we'd be good together," Chandler responded.
His words shocked you since you didn't expect him to admit to any feelings. "I like you too Chandler," you said.
Chandler helped you to your feet and placed a gentle kiss on your lips. "So what do you say, will you be my girlfriend?" He asked.
"Of course I will you dummy," you grinned pulling him into a hug.
"Awe this is so damn cute," Joey cheered.
You could truthfully admit that you never expected to fall for Chandler Bing, the man you had never got on with, but you were so damn glad that you had.
