Synopsis: For months, Y/N has been planning the perfect proposal and enlists the help of the group to create a magical Christmas proposal for her girlfriend Monica.

You had been racking your brain for months for ideas on how to propose to Monica in a spectacular way. You wanted it to be a moment you both remembered but every idea that you thought of didn't seem good enough. You called Rachel and Phoebe over to the apartment to help you figure out how you were going to propose. "Have you thought of when you were going to do it?" Rachel asked.
"I was planning on doing it on our anniversary but that's at the end of January and I don't think I can hide the ring any longer," you responded.
"What about on Christmas Day," Phoebe suggested.
"That's perfect, she loves Christmas so what better time to propose," you grinned.
You knew that you had blow Monica away with the proposal and if it was going to be on Christmas, you knew you'd have to make it magical but not to cliché. "Why don't you turn your apartment into a mini winter wonderland, we can set it up before we go over to Ross' apartment for food, and she won't be here because she's cooking Christmas dinner," Rachel said.
"I like it, but Christmas is in five days, we need to go buy all the decorations we need," you responded.
"What are we waiting for then? Let's get going," Phoebe said.
You all grabbed a taxi to the shopping mall and heading straight for the shops that sold Christmas decorations. The mall was packed and it was making it hard to get anywhere. You made into a store that sold Christmas decorations but there wasn't an awful lot left. "Try and find some snowflakes that we can hang from the ceiling and a small chandelier to replace the current light shade," you instructed.
Yourself and Monica has bought a real tree and covered it entirely with fake snow which you were extremely thankful for because it saved you from having to go and find a fake white tree 5 days before Christmas. "I'm gonna try and find some white curtains for the living room window, and some white roses to scatter on the floor," you said.
You dashed off to a home store and easily found the curtains but finding the flowers was extremely difficult. You went to multiple flower shops but all of them were sold out of any sort of white flowers. You headed out of the mall, needing some fresh air and when you got outside you noticed a flower stall. Although it was unlikely that it would have any white roses you still went over anyway. "Hi, do you happen to have any white roses?" You asked.
"Absolutely, I got a fresh stock this morning," the lady grinned.
"Thank goodness, how many do you have?" You asked.
"We've got 40 currently, the stand doesn't fit them all," she responded.
"I'll take four dozen please," you responded.
The lady nodded and placed them all in a long box for you. You payed her the money and dashed off to find Rachel and Phoebe. When you found Rachel and Phoebe the two were running round the store like headless chickens. "I can't find the snowflakes Rachel, I don't know where they are," Phoebe panicked.
"Chill out Phoebe, we've got loads of other stores we can check, just breathe," Rachel yelled, placing her hands on Phoebe's shoulders.
"Everything okay guys?" You asked.
"Everything's fine, we just need to find the snowflakes and then we're done," Rachel answered calmly," have you got everything you need?"
"Got the curtains and the flowers, now come on, let's get those snowflakes," you grinned.
When you got home you hid the decorations at Rachel's place so that Monica wouldn't see them. You were highly nervous but you could wait for Christmas to roll around.
