Harry's POV:
Watching as Ellen slowly fell asleep, the boys and I made our way out of the room.
"Thanks for coming. I know she appreciated it," I smiled, rubbing my face.
"No problem. Text us when you head out tomorrow, okay? We'll come by her house," Liam smiled.
"Alright," giving them all hugs, Louis stayed behind.
"We talked and we're cool," he smiled slightly and I hugged him again with a nod.
"Thank you," I replied as he walked away and I took a deep breath before walking back into Ellen's room. Looking at her sleeping so peacefully, I sighed with relief and leaned ,y head against the back of the chair, trying to find sleep as she had.
------------
Opening my eyes to a blanket over me, I looked toward Ellen and she was still sleeping.
"Hey," Ellen's mom whispered with a smile. Standing up from the chair, I hugged her and kissed her cheek.
"Hey," I whispered. "How long have you been here?" Rubbing my eyes, I shook my head to wake up a little bit more.
"About thirty minutes. Just watching her sleep. I brought some of her stuff so she could wear it when we go home tomorrow. It probably won't fit her now, she's gotten so thin."
"I think she'll be fine. Are we taking her home to Greenville or back to college?"
"Back to Knoxville. We have an apartment there that she lives in and we're gonna kind of help her get back into the routine of things."
"I thought she was going to Charleston?"
"It was a last minute transfer. Charleston wasn't what she expected and Tennessee still wanted her."
"Ah. I got it."
"When do you go back on your tour?" she asked with a small smile.
"We kind of postponed our final two shows because of all this. I love the fans, but I'd rather be here."
"Harry, the last three shows are only what, a couple days apart? Go. Do them. That would be a way to keep your mind off things," she encouraged.
"They're in Florida," I sighed. "I don't want to be far away if she needs something."
"Harry," Ellen sighed, sleepily. "It's just two days. We were apart for three months. We can handle two days. Call management and tell them you'll finish the tour." These were the most two persistent women I had been around since my mum.
"Elle-"
"Harry," she silenced me. "It's your job. Just do it."
"For right now, let's just get you better," I replied, not wanting to start an argument in front of her mother. Why were they so pushy about me going on tour? Did Ellen want me to just go away? Smiling slightly as I sat back down next to her, she took her hand away from the side of the bed and I cleared my throat.
"I brought you some stuff to wear home tomorrow, I also bought you guys some food. I remember how atrocious hospital food is if it isn't pudding," Ellen's mum smiled and pointed to two bags of food on the little table that rolled.
"Thank you. That was really sweet," I smiled politely.
"Thanks mom," Ellen sighed and began to dig through one of the bags.
