Chapter 13: Ice Cream Is Love...

~Briana's POV~

Ow. Why does my head hurt? I must have a headache. I open my eyes and see darkness. Must still be the middle of the night. There's a cold breeze blowing, causing me to shiver. The darkness starts to go away as my eyes adjust. I look around and see that I'm on the floor. I must have fallen off my bed in my sleep? Weird, I've never done that before.

I stand up and walk into the kitchen to get a glass of water. On the way I grab my phone and look at my notifications. I see that on Instagram I gained followers in my sleep. I see the reason being the Mitch and Tyler pushed Lauren and I off our beds, and took a photo with us. I laugh and grab a cup from the cabinet. I fill the cup and lean my back against the counter, drinking the water.

I wash my cup and walk back over to my bed. I pick my blanket up off the ground and crawl into bed, drifting off into a dreamless sleep...

"Briana!" I hear Tyler yell. I open my eyes, sit up and stretch. "Oh. Good. You're awake. I was starting to think I would have to kiss you awake." Tyler said, laughing. I just shake my head and look at the clock. 8:00. 8:00 in the morning.

"What did you need so badly that you needed to wake me up at eight in the morning?" I ask him He mumbled something, that I wasn't able to hear. "I'm sorry, I didn't catch that."

"What? Oh... Uh... I just wanted to go get Starbucks!" He says unconvincingly. I get up to get ready. I throw on a grey crop top that says "Too Cool For School", jean shorts, black converse, and an owl necklace. I throw my hair into a fishtail braid and exit the bathroom.

Tyler stands up, off the couch, and we walk to the car. Inside the car, "I Miss You" by Blink 182 comes on. Tyler and I look at each other and laugh. We scream along to the lyrics.

"WHERE ARE YOU?

AND I'M SO SORRY.

I CAN NOT SLEEP,

I CAN NOT BREATHE TONIGHT"

We walk into Starbucks laughing, because of the song. "Do you want your usual?" Tyler asks me once we're inside. "Yeah, but could you get me a chocolate croissant also?" Tyler nods his head and I kiss him on the cheek before walking away. It's a friendly gesture! Tyler and I are just friends. Only friends.

Tyler walks over and sits at the table with me. "So, when's your last class today, Bri? I can call you Bri right?" Tyler asks me. "No. You can't. Nah, I'm just kidding. You can. And my last class ends at 5:15 today." I tell Tyler, laughing.

"Cool. Do you, maybe want to go on a picnic for dinner then?" Tyler asks me. "I would rather spend my lunch sitting inside and watching youtube..." I joke. "Oh. Um.. That's.. uh.. okay.. um-" I cut Tyler off. "I was joking. I would love to go on a picnic." I tell him. I watch as his face lights up. I throw away my Starbucks garbage and we drive back to the dorm.

~Lauren's POV~

"Lauren!" I turn around and see Mitch running towards me. "What's up?" I ask him as he reaches me. Mitch puts his hands on his knees and breathes heavily. "If I tell you something, will you promise not to tell Briana?" I nod my head. What is Mitch going to say, that I can't tell Bri? "TylerisgoingtoaskBrianaonapicnicandifshesaysyesTylerisgoingtoaskBrianatobehisgirlfriend." Mitch says really quickly, but I heard every word of it. I squeal and start jumping up and down. Briana and Tyler are going to be an official couple! I can't believe it! Briana has always liked Tyler, since we started watching youtube.

I hug and and kiss him. "We should do something today then." I tell him. He suggests going for Ice Cream. "ICE CREAM IS LOVE ICE CREAM IS LIFE!" I shout. (A/N Why did I say that? xD) I turn and see Mitch looking sad. "Oh. I'm sorry. Mitch is love, Mitch is life." I say kissing him again, and his smile reappears.
