The Hospital

~Sasuke's P.O.V~

I sat by Emi's bed. Its been three days, and she hasn't woken up yet. She was in a coma.

Clay was sitting on the bed. He jumped on the bed and refused to move.

"Come on, Clay." I say. "You can't be on there.." he looked at me as if he was saying, 'but I'm allowed on the bed at home?' "Come on." I tell him. "Down." he didn't budge. I sigh.

"Fine. Whatever." I say. I pet him. He nudges Emi and whines. "She'll be alright." I tell him. He lays by her legs, and looks up at me with sad puppy eyes. I scratch behind his ears. he barks and whines.

"Come on, Emi..." I entwine my fingers with her limp ones.

I hear a knock at the door, and someone walks in. "Well? How is she?" Ino asks.

"Not well.." I reply."She's....getting worse." I look at her, and it was true. Emi had been steadily getting worse. She had broken ribs, her leg was crushed, possibly to the point where she will never walk properly ever again, and she had a bad concussion. I didn't know whether she would survive, or die.

The prospect of her death scared the living Hell out of me. What would I do without her? She ment the world to me, Hell, She WAS my world. If she died, my world would crumble and fall around me.

I know exactly what I would do.

I will continue. I will avenge our Clans. Even if it means killing Elise as well. Only then, would Emi's spirit settle. She'd want me to do that. Avenge her Clan for her.

Ino stayed by Emi and I for another couple hours. Then she said she had to go do some other stuff, but not before she placed a rose in the vase by Emi's bed.

"Mr. Uchiha?" the nurse says, "Visiting hours are over..you can come back tomorrow." i stand up, and Clay jumps down from the bed. I turn to Emi, and place a kiss on her forehead. "Stay strong my Flower." I whisper.

Clay whines and refuses o leave the room. "Clay, now." I say. He shakes his head and backs up, whining. I have to pick him up and carry him out of the room.
