She was protected by her adopted father for so long that she didn't have much human interaction, she is a very kind smiley person.
She gets attached easily and doesn't know how to make friends, Nezu is her father figure, and she admires him greatly.

Quirk: Time stop; she can stop time with the snap of her fingers. She cannot do this multiple times or she will be caught in a loop. She can stop time with a person by having contact while snapping. She hasn't been able to go forward or backward in time, however, she is still trying. The time stop is a powerful quirk and she gets worn out easily by using it, she has been in a couple fights before but has never truly put it to the test.
