Cisco's Perspective:

"Umm, let me think about that..." I brought my fist to my chin, "No! No. No. No! And no. Let me reiterate. You: Bad guy. Me: Good guy. Big, evil weapon thingy: Bad. So, no."

He brought his hand to my chest, vibrating it in hyper-sonic speed*. His threatening hand located my beating heart, thumping wildly in my rib cage. I tried to back up, but his goons pinned me to the wall.

"I don't think you have a choice, Mr. Ramon." The speedster spoke sternly.

"Go ahead, kill me. Torture me. Do whatever you please." I extended my arms in surrender, "I won't just turn my back against my friend."

His eyes focused in on mine; they surged with bolts of emerald lightning, sparking with pure power. Only at this point did I notice the blood on his hands. His fingers were laced in scarlet, as red as the heart of a great forest fire. His palms were tainted with the life source of others. I looked away in disgust.

"What? This?" he asked as he raised his bloody arm. He smiled maniacally, "You should really see who this belongs to." He motioned to his guards and ordered, "Get him."

My eyes widened in horror. My legs went numb; I was standing only because of the wardens who kept me in place. I cupped my hands over my mouth in fear as I watched the mangled prisoner stumble through the metal doors.

The captive's face was unrecognizable; scarred tissue freckled his malnourished body. He wore the same bright orange jumpsuit as mine, but his was soaked in mortal blood. The bright fluid stained his disheveled hair. Your could disdain his angular bones protruding from his stomach. His eyes were a dull blue, acting as lifeless receptors of light. What had they done to him?
"This man refused like you-at first," the captor raised his eyebrows subtly, almost impossible to notice. "But! Eventually, he gave way. With time."

I frowned in revulsion, "Your deranged! Crazy! Insane! And all the words between. My friends and I, we don't even know you! Why are you doing this?!"

"Boredom? Maybe I'm just pure evil. A monster! Or maybe I do have a motive. Either way, you'll find out soon." A sinister smile crept along his face. The warehouse grew silent; only the wheezing of the convict filled our ears.

"Who is he?" I asked remorsefully. My eyes trailed back to his bruised skin.

"Oh, him? You tell me, Cisco. You guys are friends, right?"

My mind spiraled in confusion. Friends? I don't even know this person. I studied the prisoner intensely and recognized some familiar features: the blue eyes, chocolate hair, tall frame. I came to a startling realization.

 "H.R.?"
