Yes... its the prophecy... in scroll form :) I tried to make a diffirent language for the scroll, so I just jot down some random symbols and I tried to make it look old so I just erased some random parts XD Also Try to find the chinese word for water I hid in the scroll 😈

Yeah I got lazy XD Its like this The 'ocean' is the stronge emotions Q was feeling while going through his mental break down, if Ian suceeds in saving him, he didn't have to feel emotions as strong as Q's, but he can't save him without feeling some of those emotions, thus his hand breaking down in contact with the 'water' But when he fails, soon enough he will 'dive' into the same 'ocean' Q was in and will start breaking down too
Yeah I wasn't lazy with the symbolism but was VERY lazy with the art itself XD
