What I keep in mind when I design my Season Personifications(part 2)

So last time if you ignore my small rant you know that I explained that ya know Seasons are just periods of time yadda yadda

well it only took one night of sleep for me to realize that I didn't consider one very important thing(this is why sleep is good, pls get enough sleep)

And that one important thing is why the seasons were identified in the first place. I mean, people wouldn't have noticed Spring if it weren't for the flowers and hay fever, same for the other seasons. People observed and realized that the world changed every 3 months.

(Okay while I was typing this my brain remembered the Ancient Egyptian's seasons, but brain, lemme counter that, those were agricultural seasons, simply the rising and falling of the River Nile recorded so farmers can know the exact time to grow and harvest their grain and grapes, we, however, are trying to personify the Earth's seasons)

Anyway, going by this logic, using the Ice Age example, maybe the only noticable seasons were Winter and Summer, while Spring and Autumn, being only transitional, would basically be non-existent. But today, we notice them because... ya know, flowers and orange leaves. Thats their thing, so is snow and night skies for Winter and beaches and sunny skies for Summer.

long story short

I should just stop overthinking and arguing with myself, it'll just makes things harder for me

sometimes I just gonna stop trying to be unique and go with the flow

sometimes its the best way to stand out

anyway... know that this is mainly just me talking to myself... thank you and goodnight
