Hey guys, sorry for the cursed fact last chapter, so to make up for it, heres a really nice fact about the animal kingdom I just learned today and it really appropriate for Pride Month and really though I should share
Did you know that homosexuality exists in over 1500 animal species? This homosexuality is also very important in the survival of the species, you see, when hetero parents die or disown their offspring, a homosexual couple can 'adopt' this orphaned young and raise and protect it. Hetero couples don't usually do this since they're too busy reproducing. Animals raised by homosexual parents turn out fine and indistinguishable from those raised from hetero parents, sadly, homophobia exist in one species though, humans
But this homosexual behavior can also include same-sex sexual activity, bonding, courtship, and affection, not just parenting
I found this fact from a small comic and went to Google for confirmation
