We must have been running for miles. My arm was getting tired of being tugged by Jason. I barely managed to see the path we were running on. This was the way to school. I remember. That one tree that was split in half, the fishing spot that was still frozen, and of course, the school.

I tried to continuing running off the path from the school, but my arm was almost ripped off my body for trying to run away from there. Does this guy want me to run into the school?!

Jason broke down the doors into the auditorium. I know he's strong, but is this necessary?!

He finally let go of my hand. I was too out of breath to say anything. In fact, I actually passed out. The last thing I could remember was him trying to call my name.

"Danny? Danny!" There's that soft, husky voice of his...

WARNING: This next part will be difficult to read through since a variety of brand new rules are going to be discussed. If you read through and only get somewhat the gist of what's going on, that's okay. Just know that the last paragraph is where things will start to pick up again. Good luck!

I'm back in lala land... ah... the dream world... the place where nothing is real, but the experience is that much better...

I had the ability to fly, so I flew so high until I was up in the clouds. I felt light as a feather, so I sat down on one of the clouds. Who knew they could be so soft... Until it turns into a thunderstorm. I felt a shock from the cloud that struck down lightning, and my clothes were getting all wet from the condensation. I decided to fly even higher. I realized that I didn't need to even try to stay in midair.

Just look at the view... For the most part, all you can see are clouds that look like the stuffing of a pillow... If you look past that, you'll see mostly what looks like algae on the surface of the planet. It's so cool to think that that's actually inhabited land. If you were to look further, you'd see what looks like hardly any body of water. But if you were to dive in, you wouldn't be able to swim to safety... But when you look up even farther, you see the stars... funny, I thought that they'd seem closer... No... if anything, I feel farther from them... I came up all this way, and their size hasn't changed one bit...

"You," says a deep, baritone voice that sounds like a deep croak of a frog.

I look around me, and I can't see who's talking to me.

"Use your eyes to see me," said the baritone.

"I'm trying, but I can't see you anywhere," I respond.

"No, I mean, activate your eyes," he said with a bit of an attitude.

"What the heck are you saying?" I asked.

All of a sudden, my head starts panging with a migraine. My head wants to explode. There's something in the middle of my brain that is just trying to crawl out, and it's making me want to rip my own head off...

I look up, and I see the baritone... He's a wolf with a similar body to a human's with angelic wings. Ironic for such a demon who causes me to want to kill my head...

"Good," he says. "You can see me now." He seems to be smiling?

"May I ask who you are... sir?"

"They call me the Great Demigod of Werewolves, but you can call me Griffon."

"Mr. Griffon..."
