May's Point of View~
The next day came by quickly, and it was Sunday. Me and Akidah woke up a bit early, and began to think of what song we were going to sing and who would sing what parts. "Oh! I think I have just the song!" Akidah exclaimed as she brushed her hair. "Okay, you can tell me what your idea is later," I said. She nodded and we continued to get ready for the day. "You two are up kinda early, don't you think? You usually sleep in a bit later on Sundays." Lloyd asked as he poked his head through the entrance of our room. "Well, we just wanted to be up so we could think of what we were going to do," I said. "And tell Mia the good news too," Akidah added on. "Well, okay, just make sure you get something to eat before you head out." He said as he closed the door. "So, what is that song you had in mind?" I asked Akidah. She looked back at me and took her phone off the charger. She took a moment to search it up, then turned the phone towards me. "Here, this one." She said. Akidah handed her phone to me and I looked at the video. "Okay, I like it," I said. Then, we discussed how we wanted to switch the lead vocals and be in unison.

{Time Skip~}

It was 11:30, and the auditions were at 2:30, so we had three hours to head over to Mia's and practice. "So, have you guys decided on what song you're gonna sing?" Sker asked as we sat down. "Uh-huh! We thought through everything!" Akidah answered to her brother. "Cool. And when do the auditions begin?" He asked. "2:30, and we're gonna head out early to tell Mia the news and avoid the possible crowds." I said. "Okay." Sker said. About half an hour passed by and I and Akidah went out towards Mia's house. When we got to her house, there were a lot of red, white, and yellow eviction notices taped on the door. I knocked on the door and waited for a moment. Soon, the handle twitched and the door opened. An older boy, who almost looked the same age as Kabaz and Sker, stood in the doorway. "Um, we were just wondering if Mia was here." I said. "Well, I'm Mia's cousin, Joseph, and if you want to find her, last I heard, she was in Stixx." He said. Stixx? I questioned myself. "Okay, thank you." Akidah said. Then, Joseph closed the door. "So, off to Stixx then?" She asked. "Yeah, but let's get going so we can have time to talk with her, and make it back in time for the auditions." I responded. We summoned our elemental dragons and flew off to the city built on water. When we got there, it seemed so abandoned, almost like a ghost town. "It's kinda creepy here." Akidah said. "Yeah, but c'mon, let's go and look for her." I said. We walked around the city for a bit before noticing a large building. And the building seemed really abandoned. "Well, maybe she's in there. We've checked everywhere else." Akidah said. We went in the large doors, and it was way creepier on the inside. "Mia?" I said. There was a bit of an echo in the room. I hope we're not intruding. I thought. "I don't know where else we can go, grandmother. The ninja and their own are doing so much to help us, and I'm very grateful for all their work. But, I feel ashamed for leaving their business after their kind offer." A voice spoke. We walked down the hall and saw Mia sitting in front of a shrine of a woman. "Mia?" Akidah said. She quickly turned her head and said, "Oh, it's you. I didn't know." Akidah and I walked over to her and sat down next to her. "Hey Mia, we just came over to tell you some good news." I said. "Oh, okay. Can it wait a moment, I'm finishing up my conversation with grandmother." She said. We both nodded. "Grandmother, these are my friends, May and Akidah. I'm also friends with their brothers. They do so much for me and I'm really thankful for friends like them." Mia said. I smiled at what she said about us and herself. "Well, goodbye grandmother. I'll come back soon to speak more with you." She said before standing up and walking towards the end of the hall. We all left and went outside of the building. "So, what's this 'good news' you guys had to tell me?" Mia asked. "Well, there's this." Akidah said as she handed the folded audition flier to Mia. She unfolded it and looked at it for a moment before gasping. "You two are entering the singing competition?!" She asked us with a shocked expression on her face. Akidah and I both nodded with smiles on our faces. "And, the $5,000.00 is more than enough to save your house." I added on. "You're...you're entering it for...me?" Mia asked. "Uh-huh." I said. Before either of us could say anything else, Mia pulled us into a tight hug and said, "Thank you! Thank you so much! You guys are the best!" Me and Akidah wrapped our arms around Mia and I said, "You're very welcome Mia." We all pulled away from the hug and chatted with each other for another while before it was almost time for the auditions to start. We gave Mia a ride back to Ninjago City, and we all went to the Borg Theater. There wasn't a long line outside the building. I checked my phone and the time was 2:29. "We're just on time." I said. A moment later, the theater doors opened and Cyrus Borg, along with two other people, were greeting us. "Ah, May and Akidah, it's good to see you two again. And is this a friend of yours?" Borg said as he let us inside. "Hello Mr. Borg, it is good to see you again. And this is our friend, Mia." I said. Soon, more and more people began to arrive, and then most of the theater was packed with people coming to audition. Once everyone was here, Borg announced, "Now that all our competitors are here, let's get the auditions started." And that's what we did.
