(HICCUP'S POV)

     ". . .Toothless has been acting really weird recently.  He keeps wanting me to fly off the island, almost like he's trying to show me something.  I don't know what to do.  I mean, I obviously can't leave with Toothless. . . yet.  I have to help this tribe first, their counting on me.  On all of us.  I think I'll just wait a day or two more, gather the gang, make sure the tribesmen are good to get back on their feet, then let Toothless lead the way.  I mean, that's what I should do. . . Right?"  I looked at the orange Terrible Terror sitting next to me, expecting him to answer.

     He just squawked before flying away.  Now I was sitting all alone.

     I let out a chuckle, then a sigh.

     "I am so weird..."  I laughed before standing up and heading back to the village.

~~~~~Back at the village~~~~~
    I had met up with Elanor and Astrid at the chief's old hut and told them about how I wanted to follow Toothless and asked if they wanted to come.  I had already asked the rest, they all responded with a 'Hels yeah!'.  Except Fishlegs, he said, 'Yes please!'.  (I spelled it Hels on purpose.  That is how you say the viking's hell)
     "Maybe Toothless is trying to take you to Whisper!"  Shouted El.
     "Maybe... but-"  I started.
     "There is no way I'm gonna stay here if there's a chance to find Whisper!"  She yelled.
     "Okay.  Astrid, what about you?"  I said, turning to see a deep in thought Astrid.
     "I'm staying.  This village still needs help.  And... So does Aslaug.  Sorry Hiccup, you'll have to do this one without me."  She said.
     "Astrid... Are you sure?"  I asked.
     "Yes, I'm sure."  She said, giving me a strick nod.
     "Okay, then we can leave even sooner.  By tonight."  I said looking at Elanor.  "Be ready."
     She smiled and nodded before running off to get ready.
     Me and Astrid exchanged a glance before we left the hut and parted ways.
     Elanor informed the others on when we were to leave as I made sure all the dragons were fed, watered, and fully rested.
     After a while Snotlout walked up to me with Hookfang.
     "Hey!  Hookfang needs his beauty sleep before we go.  Where do I take him?"  He asked with an inpatient look on his face.
     "Ugh, just-"  I started walking past him.  "Follow me, I'll take you."
     "O...kay!  C'mon Hooky!"  He said, stomping behind me.
     After a moment of silence his obnoxious voice spoke again, of course.
     "So, I heard Astrid isn't coming.  Trouble with the Mrs?"  He smirked.
     "What?  No!  We're fine!  And we aren't even married yet."  I said, angrily.
     "Then why?  Why isn't she coming?"
     "Because someone had to stay behind and help the village people...And Aslaug."  I grumbled the last part.
     "Ohh!"  He chuckled.  "So your mad that she's spending time with another guy!"
     "What?!  Are you crazy!  He's like twelve years old!"  I yelled, looking back at him as we walked.
