Anakin felt Luna's Force presence scream in pain before she cloaked herself. It seemed as though Vader was heading straight towards Luke and Luna. Anakin took extra care to keep himself hidden from the Force as he continued, following Luke's Force signature. Not long after, he made it to the hallway Luke was in.

"Luke," the moment Anakin started speaking, Luke spined around with his blaster pointed right at Anakin. "Hey, just me."

"Right," Luke muttered, lowering the blaster. He had sincerely been hoping that Luna had mixed up the presences so he'd just have to follow her and hotwire the door, but now that Anakin was here, it meant she had gone straight to Vader.

And that wasn't even getting into the information she had given him right before she left. Vader and Anakin were two entirely different people, how did his father turn to the darkside? Did Anakin even know?

"Where's Luna?" Anakin asked.

"I don't know," Luke lied. The look his father gave him told him that he hadn't even come close to succeeding. "She's on the other side and told me to not come after her."

"What is she thinking? Vader's that way," Anakin muttered, drawing his saber to cut a way through the door. Luke stopped him.

"I really don't think that's a good idea. The last thing Luna said was to make sure Vader doesn't see you."

"So? We get to her before he does."

"She had a pretty good reason behind it," Luke said.

"I doubt it's good enough to let her die," Anakin replied, not liking where the conversation seemed to be going as he began to cut a hole in the door. What had Luna said to get Luke to not bother going after her?

"You're assuming that she's still alive. Anakin, I'm sorry, but if she's met up with Vader, nothing can save her. The Falcon will leave soon, we've got to go."

"You can go on to the Falcon and tell them to lift off. I'm going after Luna, we'll find another ship," Anakin replied, deciding that if Luke really didn't want to go, he didn't have to. Besides, Anakin would feel better if Luke was somewhere else, preferably far, far away from Vader.

"No way, if you're going, I'm coming with you," Luke responded quickly. Anakin looked at him curiously.

"Anything you want to tell me before we go?"

"I'll let Luna tell you."

"Tell what?"

"Don't worry, I'll make sure she spills," Luke muttered. "Just make sure Vader doesn't see you."

"Why is that suddenly so important?" Anakin asked. Yes, he was supposed to have been killed by Vader in the past, but he didn't get why don't be recognized suddenly turned into don't be seen.

"Well, the universe may break or something...."

"Luna said that?!"

"No, she did not, and I have no idea if that would happen or not."

"Why might that happen?"

"You don't want to know. Are we going?" Luke asked. Anakin just eyed him before shoving the cut metal out of the door and going through the hole. Whatever Luke was keeping from him, it could wait.
