Days went by and quickly turned into weeks. Luna had been overly paranoid about her every action for the first week or so, but had eventually relaxed enough as to not be looking over her shoulder wherever she went.
She still made sure to stick close to either Anakin or Obi-Wan, and even occasionally Jocasta Nu in the Archives. As far as Luna was concerned, she didn't want to be cornered by any Inquisitors anytime soon, and sticking with either Anakin or Obi-Wan, or waiting for them outside the Council Chambers, because no darksider was enough of an idiot to do anything so near to the most powerful Jedi in the Order, nearly guaranteed her safety. The Archives were also relatively well used, and Jocasta never seemed to be far off, so that had become partially a safe haven for the teen, like most libraries had been throughout her life. A bonus was that she could read, although Jocasta tended to restrict a good section of the material within the Archives from her since she wasn't an actual Jedi. In fact, Luna doubted she would have been allowed inside of the Archives if Anakin hadn't already introduced her to the librarian before word got around about her supposed "membership" despite non Force sensitivity.
That being said, Luna tried to make sure she was never left alone, but that didn't mean she always succeeded, especially as time went on and people, as in Anakin, Obi-Wan, and Padmé, began to relax a bit at Sidious's lack of activity. She had found herself alone in her room in the Temple several times, one of which included a close call from an Inquisitor who was undoubtedly searching the rooms for her.
Thankfully, Anakin had gotten back before the false Jedi managed to do that in-depth of a search and find her hiding place.
Besides that, things had been going marginally well. Luna had begun making suggestions to Obi-Wan about furthering Temple security, including making sure the Jedi had an emergency signal, so they could get word out to those on the field, hopefully quicker then Sidious could get Order 66 in motion; a secret way out of the Temple, there were tunnels, most of which were only known by a select few previously, like Yoda or Jocasta; and a rendezvous point for the survivors. Everyone knew about the emergency signal, but only masters of each division and heads of certain groups knew about the tunnels and rendezvous due to the possibility of Sidious recruiting a Jedi from their mists. It wouldn't help much if Vader still happened, but it would hopefully keep the Inquisitors from reporting most if not all of the changes to their master. It took some convincing, but eventually, with the help of Obi-Wan, Anakin, and Yoda, along with the assistance of several of the Council members that had been more friendly to Luna from the start, the changes got passed. The other Jedi in the Temple began to pick up on the mood and started becoming more alert.
Luna could only hope that it would be enough.
Padmé, after having learned that Luna knew of the Delegation of Two Thousand, had discussed parts of it with her and somewhat openly stressed about the entire situation. Luna always tried to reassure her and point out the good parts or the points and parts where Padmé wasn't really betraying Anakin, but besides that, the girl just gave someone for Padmé to stress out loud to, which was helpful in it's own way. These talks only happened when Anakin's meetings with Palpatine happened after Padmé was off work.
Anakin.... Anakin was a slightly different matter.
Each day he had ideas pressed into his mind from the Sith, the made him look at everyone, even Padmé differently. Luna spent longer than she would have liked trying to talk him out of those views most days. In fact it was fair to say that if she didn't spend a good section of her life analyzing the Revenge of the Sith novel among other things, she would have been completely unprepared for some of it. As it was, Luna sometimes had difficulty actually finding good angles to come from to try and rework Anakin's view, half the time needing to throw sublity out the window, something she was near positive she would pay for later. Sidious, curse him, had fair points, and Luna had to check herself on multiple occasions to keep herself from going on a rant.
