"Too bad Heemin didn't come with us," I pouted. I angrily made air quotes with my fingers with sarcastic expression, "she had to "grade the dance students"."

"Well, she missed the delicious bibimbap and she's going to regret not coming when I tell how delicious it was." Hoseok crossed his arms as we both grunted.

Both of us were walking down the streets after side by side after visiting a newly opened restaurant on the other side of area. The streets were quiet, only the sounds of crickets were heard from a distance and a few people passed by.

"You know, I'm kinda scared. What if Heeji does tell Yikyung, she's unpredictable." I said, breaking the wall of silence.

Hoseok snickered. "Your problem, not mine."

"Well fine." I lifted my chin and stomped ahead of him, pissed as I could hear him laugh behind me.

Hoseok suddenly gasped. "Sua, a lamp post! Watch out!"

I yelped in shock and immedietely halted.

I looked up to see absolutely nothing infront of me.

My face was crinkled as I expected to hit metal but was wrong. My eyes flicked left to right, trying find the lamp post.

"You idiot!" Hoseok held his stomach and wheezed, pointing a finger at me. "You fell for it!"

I turn around, watching Hoseok bend his knees and laugh while I stare at him with an unimpressed expression on my face.

My face crinkled, "Haha, very funny."

He jumped up straight, still laughing lowly, and quickly ran ahead of me, "Let's go for dessert! I think there's a food stall ahead selling lamb skewers!"

I narrowed my eyes and grunted in anger, watching Hoseok waddle towards the few street food stalls a bit far from  where we are. I clicked my tongue and eventually ran after him.

"Wait a second..." I stopped on my tracks and furrowed my eyebrows.I shouted, "Hoseok! Lamb skewers aren't dessert!"

But the said boy ignored me.

I rolled my eyes, "And I'm the idiot."

When I reached the stall, Hoseok had pulled his mask under his chin and already ordered the skewers.

I don't think my tired muscles could take it any longer and I plopped down on the edge of the footpath with a loud groan. I rolled my shoulders.

At this rate, practicing hours after hours could be a huge mistake. My eyes drooped down and my head felt heavy.

"Sleepy?" I heard Hoseok say.

I look up to see him sit down next to me with two red and white plastic plates holding lamb skewers. I sigh with a small smile and take one of the plates from his hands.

"Yeah..." I start slid the meat off the stick with my teeth and started munching, humming in approval. "These are good."

"Nothing better than street food." Hoseok smiled as he ate his own. "You know, I still remember you dancing back in...was it ninth grade? Yep, ninth grade. And I must say, you've improved a lot."

"Did I really?" I asked sarcastically with a chuckle.

"It's true!" He exclaimed with food in his mouth, making his words humorously unclear. He looked down at his plate and gulped down some lamb. "Heemin told me you practice extra hours. Some advice before you pass out, practice as much as you need to, not more."

I laughed, "You care too much."

He faced me with knitted eyebrows, "Am I not supposed to?"

"No."
