Things are going to change a bit in this chapter guys... :)

In the Ministry:

There were many people in the room. Quite a few people had been invited to listen to what had to be said.
A short lady stood in the centre of the room.

"Hello everyone. I am glad that you were able to make it to my meeting." The lady began.

"I have invited you today, as many of you are valued members of the ministry. Today, I want to propose something and I hope that you will also agree with me." The lady smiled sweetly.

"It has only been a matter of months since the end of the wizarding war and I do not want to seem to be going to quick, yet I have an idea today. My idea is to do something with someone. And that person is Harry Potter." She began.

Surprised murmurs spread across the room. People began to whisper things.

"Ahem." The lady said coldly, and everyone went quiet.

"Many of you may have heard from the Daily Prophet headlines today, that the Malfoy Family have not been sentenced to Azkaban. Lucius Malfoy was indeed a death eater and he pleaded guilty. His wife Narcissa explained that when Potter had gone into the forest to let Voldemort kill him, he did. When Narcissa went over to see if Harry Potter was dead, she lied to the other death eaters. This assisted the boy in defeating Voldemort." She said loudly.

Whispers of understanding spread across the room.
The woman continued to speak.

"Don't you all know what this means?" She urged.

"This means that Harry Potter has survived the killing curse not once, but twice." She half-shouted.

A few workers gasped in surprise, yet others did not seem shocked.

"How did a boy survive the killing curse, something that nobody ever has, or ever will survive again in the history of time?" She asked.

"Hmmm." The audience thought.

"You see? Voldemort had done something to the boy when he was just an infant, all those years ago in Godric's hollow, intentionally or not. Different people have different ideas of what had happened. Harry potter himself has not publicly revealed how he destroyed the dark Lord." The lady continued.

What did she want?
What was her goal?
There must have been a purpose for this meeting, held secret from the Minister of magic.

"My point is, that Harry Potter seems to be immune of the killing curse. If he can survive, why not others? The Dark Lord had obviously done something. I believe that in the body of Potter, there must be some magical repellant serum that was produced after Voldemort's curse backfired off Lily Potter." The lady's eyes were wide with excitement as she explained her plan.

"If Potter allows us to go into his body, we could retrieve a piece of this serum or whatever it is, so we can work towards finding a cure for the killing curse or some anti-death potion so that nobody can ever be affected by the killing curse."

Workers burst into conversation.

"You want to kill Harry Potter?" Asked man from the crowd asked.

"My plan is not to kill the boy. I want him to give us permission or for me to be able to get inside him so I can work on a cure. We could call it an experiment." The lady smiled fakely, clearly annoyed by all the questions.

"He will never give permission!" Someone boomed.

"Oh. Don't you worry about him giving permission or not. I have an idea. I have a way where I can get Potter and I believe it can work." She sniggered.

"My fellow wizards and witches. Today we are in this room, not big enough for all of us. However, tomorrow I have organised a hearing with the minister. I am confident that you will all vote in my favour. We will overrule the minister so that our plan can be executed." The woman roared with excitement.

Some people moaned in disapproval.

"What if we don't vote for you?" A man asked.

"You will be dealt with personally, by me!" The lady hissed.

"Trust me, you will want to vote for my plan. I have it all plotted perfectly." An evil smile filled up her face.

Nobody had spoken. They seemed too shocked by this lady, who had the confidence and authority to plan against the saviour of the wizarding world.

This lady had a dark plan. It seemed quite tempting and convincing, yet most people had the feeling that this would not end well. Nobody liked to be threatened.

"Excuse me, Miss." A young ministry intern asked timidly.

"May I ask what your name is?" She said quietly.

"My name?" The lady said.

"Dear. My name is Dolores Umbridge." She cackled viciously, scaring off many people in the room.

I'm guessing you didn't expect this! Hope you enjoyed this chapter! :)
