Jack's Point of View

"Jack?" I heard Daniel call out as he walked down the stairs. "In here" I yelled back from my place on the couch. Soon, Daniel's head appeared in the door and he walked towards the couch to join me.

"Yesterday was fun" I said. A small smile was forming on my lips as the memories from the day before played over in my head. I was glad that we got the chance to be friends with Alex, London and Jackson; they seemed like really nice people from when we met them at the Boston Calling Festival.

Daniel looked up at me and smirked slightly. I frowned at him, wondering what was going through his head. "I've been meaning to ask you about that, actually" he said. I could tell by his tone that this was nt necessarily going to be a good thing for me.

"Why'd you run through the fountain?" he asked, his smirk growing wider. I looked back at him in confusion. Was this really what he wanted to talk about? I thought he was going to tease me about something.

"I could tell Alex didn't want to go alone. And it was fun" I said, shrugging. I pulled my phone put of my pocket and began to scroll through instagram, only half paying attention to Daniel now.

"Okay, but why did you hold her hand,  and why did you pick her up?" Daniel pressed. I looked over at him to see he was still smirking at me, though I had no idea why. "I was just messing around. What's with all the questions  anyway?" I asked, wondering why he wouldn't let up on this.

Daniel sighed and rolled his eyes at me, now seemingly frustrated. "You're not good at taking hints man. I'm trying to ask if you like Alex" he stated. My eyebrows furrowed in confusion once again. Why wouldn't i like her?

"I mean, yeah she's cool. So are London and Jackson" I answered, returning to my phone. I smiled as I saw people posting pictures of Alex and I in the fountain from the day before and liked some of them. Daniel groaned, taking the phone out of my hands. I looked up at him in annoyance, about to protest.

"Dude, do you have a crush on her?" Daniel snapped. My eyes widened in shock, only now realising that this was what he meant. "What? No! I barely know her" I defended. Don't get me wrong, she was really kind and funny - and she was hot - but I had only met her about a week ago and we had only hung out once.

Daniel raised his eyebrows at me in suspicion, clearly not knowing if he should believe me or not. "Well, that's not what the limelights think" he simply stated while showing me my phone once more.

I looked at the screen and saw one of the pictures from yesterday. It was only when I looked closer that I saw what he meant. My eyes widened as I snatched the phone from Daniel's hand. As I scrolled more and more, I saw one thing in common with every post: Jalex.

I groaned and fell back into the couch.  "What? What's wrong?" Daniel asked, not understanding why I didn't like this. "You know how the fans get. I love them but they can be full on. What if Alex sees it and decided she doesn't want anything to do with us anymore?" I asked, voicing my fears.

Daniel instantly began smirking again. "You sure you don't have a little crush? I mean, you're very concerned about the fact that she might not want to be friends with us" he teased.

I glared daggers at him but I didn't give him an answer. "Calm down. She'll understand, okay?" Daniel then said, sitting in the couch beside me. I smiled at him, greatful for the reassurance. I didn't really know why I was so worked up about it, I just didn't want to lose her as a friend.

When Daniel saw that I had cheered up, his smirk returned. He had clearly gotten an idea. "In fact, why don't I call her to prove it?" My eyes widened at this and I instantly jumped off the couch. I began to chase Daniel but he had already called her by the time I had reached him.

"Hey Alex? Oh I thought this was her number. Ohh, okay. I got it off Bam Bam. He's our manager. We wanted to know if you guys wanted to come to our house tomorrow. Yeah we do. Okay, cool. Bye."

I groaned and collapsed on the couch once again as Daniel hung up the phone. "They're coming over" he said proudly, smiling brightly. I rolled my eyes at him. "I hate you" I muttered.

Before Daniel had the chance to say anything, Corbyn walked through the door. "What are you guys making so much noise about?" he asked, slightly annoyed by how loud we had apparently been. I continued to glare at Daniel as he smirked back at me.

"Alex is coming over tomorrow. And Jack's mad at me because I called her" Daniel explained. I rolled my eyes as Corbyn began to smirk.  "Awe, we're gonna get Jalex moments" Corbyn teased. My eyes widened as I groaned once again. Did everyone know about that?

"We heard Jalex and now we're here" Zach stated, walking into the room along with Jonah. Daniel smirked at me as if to say "I told you so." I sighed and stood up from the couch, walking out of the room.

"You guys are the worst" I yelled over my shoulder at them. Based off of the last five minutes, tomorrow was not going to be fun.
