(Diana POV)
Could this day get any more boring? I ask myself, knowing the answer is always yes.
I sigh, taking in the fresh air of Luna Nova's garden.
I close my eyes in an attempt to relax, feeling something wet and cold press against my slightly parted lips.
I open my eyes abruptly to see a strawberry dangling in front of my face.
Holding it was none other than the school delinquent, Atsuko Kagari.
I reach up and grab the fruit from her, smiling politely though in truth she was making my heart want to stop.
It was then that I noticed the cigarette hanging from her lip as she blew a string of smoke.
"You do know how bad those are for you, right?" I ask, trying desperately to make conversation with the dreamy brunette.
"Yeah, so what? It's almost summer! Live a little!" she says, nudging my shoulder.
"I guess so." I reply with a shrug.
She takes her ciggie between her fingers, snuffing it out on a nearby brick.
"So Diana," she starts, turning to face me.
"Y-Yes?" I squeak, trying to keep my cool.
"Wanna be my girlfriend or what?" she asks causally, waiting for my response.
I sat there in shock for what felt like forever, so I slowly nodded my head yes, unable to form any words.
She leans forward, closing my mouth with her soft hand.
"You'll catch flies if you keep your mouth open like that." she says with a giggle.
"AKKO YOU ARE SO DEAD WHEN I CATCH YOU!!" A gruff voice calls from nearby.
"Sh*t, gotta go. See ya later, babe." Atsuko says before leaning in to kiss my lips.
She then runs off, soon being chased by her friend, Amanda.
I lick my lips, tasting her cigarette and strawberries.
(Okay so I didn't really base this off of the song, I just really liked the concept of it. Should I make a part 2 of this one where they're actually dating of something like that? Also I know this probably really sucks balls so I'm sorry. Anyway bye!)
