Chapter 3 - New Friends

Ross' P.O.V.

The bell rang and before Laura left, I grabbed her by the arm and faced her in front of me.

"Have you thought of it?" I asked her nervously.

"Yes, I've thought about it and I think you have to prove it first" she said.

"Fine, then come by at my house this afternoon" I told her. "Are you sure? I don't think your popular friends want me there.."

"I'll handle them" I said putting my hand on top of her shoulder.

She smiled and left.

"Is that a yes?!" I shouted.

Laura's P.O.V.

"Is that a yes?!" He shouted.

I turned around and smiled.

"You look pretty by the way!" I blushed to be honest. He winked and smiled at me then he walked away.

When I turned around, I can hear him say "Yes!".

I just rolled my eyes playfully and walked to my locker.

Once I got there, the populars (Ross' friends) surrounded me.

"What's going on?" I asked them nervously.

"Oh you'll see" Maia smirked.

Riker's P.O.V.

While I was walking on the hallway, I saw the populars aka Ross' friends surround Laura.

People were starting to surround them too so I quickly walked to them and squeezed in the crowd.

Ross' P.O.V.

I was about to leave but saw a crowd and my friends surrounding someone.

I got closer and saw who it was.

Laura.

So I squeezed in and saw them beating her up.

No Ones P.O.V.

"STOP!" Ross and Riker shouted. The populars stopped and stared at them.

"Ross!? What do you think you're doing?" Maia started raising her voice.

"Ross?" Riker asked confused. "Long story.. Will explain later but right now I have to deal with this" Riker nodded and glared at the populars.

"Ross! You haven't answered my question! What do you think you're doing?!" Maia shouted.

"I'm defending my friend! What else?!"

"Fr..iend?" Maia pretended that she was about to throw up.

"Yes! now if you excuse me I'm gonna take her to the hospital" Ross got Laura and carried her bridal style.

"Don't you dare touch her Ross or I'll break up with you!"

"You're not the boss of me!" She got very angry and started to grab Laura.

"I will so get you Marano!" she almost grabbed her arm but Ross held it back.

"Don't you dare touch her" Ross glared. "Excuse me?! I'm your girlfriend Ross! she's not right for you!" she shouted.

"That bit-" but before Maia could finish her sentence, Ross cut her.

"I'm breaking up with you" Maia looked like her world stopped and just stared at Ross.
