"welcome to chanel!" i greet the customer with a cheerful tone.

i'm so happy today because y/n and shawn is going for a date. finally.

"selena, are you okay?" a familiar voice asked.

i quickly stop smiling to myself and turn my head to the side, facing the person.

it's charlie, my boyfriend.

"of course. why wouldn't i?" i replied, giggling.

"you know it's weird that you keep smiling," he said, laughing.

"it's not funny, okay!" i slapped his arm lightly and pout.

he intertwined our fingers and said, "joking, babe. by the way, why you look so happy?"

"guess what?!" i asked, in a happy tone.

"what?"

"y/n and shawn is going for a date!" i squealed.

"wow! finally, how?" he asked.

"shawn asked y/n just now. i don't know the rest but shawn is going to tell me later."

he nodded and scanned around the shop.

"oh, there he is," he said, hugging shawn, manly.

"what's up, bro?" shawn said after the hugging.

"i heard that you asked y/n for a date, huh?" charlie nudged shawn.

i cleared my throat.

"oh, hey selena!" shawn said.

"hi! you seriously need to tell me the whole story. let's go!" i dragged him and charlie out of the shop.

"babe, we need to work! mrs mendes will scold us if we just left," my boyfriend said in a panic tone.

"don't worry, baby. shawn will handle this. right, mendes?" i chuckled at charlie and turned my head towards shawn.

"yeah sure. i will be right back," shawn replied and went inside chanel to look for his mother.

basically, charlie and i worked at chanel.

after shawn asked permission from his mother to excuse me and my boyfriend, we went straight to the yogurt shop nearby.

from there, shawn told us everything.

charlie and i can't stop laughing when he said that he had planned the whole bump thing.

"oh my, are you serious? poor, y/n." i laughed.
