Mario, Luigi, Lightning, Yoshi, Tidal, Eve, Riley and Inky walk aimlessly through the forest, still looking for shelter. It was already dark and they could barely see where they were going until Luigi went into the moonlight and evolved into an Umbreon with light green rings.
"Luigi you evolved into an Umbreon. Now you could guide us through the darkness. This'll be much easier to find shelter." Lightning said. "But the odd thing is that your rings are green like that Umbreon we met earlier in King Boo's Mansion earlier when I was in trouble."
"Oh yeah, I think he said his name was Mr. L" Luigi replied. "Um... I guess I could try to lighten up the way but how am I supposed to do that?"
"Your rings glow in the dark. It shouldn't be that hard to figure out." Lightning answered.
"Okay. I'll give it a try." He stepped forward into the darkness. As expected, his rings began glowing. The one on his forehead glowed the brightest and gave off more light like a flashlight. He smiled and gave his friends a paw gesture to follow. "Come on!"
They followed him until they reached a valley. Luigi slowly stepped forward until he caught a glimpse of a large Pokeball on the ground snoring. Strange. Pokeballs don't snore. In fact it was an Electrode. Luigi looked around to see many of them on the ground in front of them. Many Electrode and Voltorb.
"Oh no! We're in Electrode and Voltorb territory. We have to be careful not to wake them up or they will get startled and explode.
"E-Explode?" Luigi gulped.
"Yes. But I feel like we're close to a cave. We have to get past them."
"I-I have a bad feeling about this..." Luigi replied.
"We just have to be careful Luigi. We can do this." Mario replied.
Luigi took a deep breath before taking a step over one. The others slowly followed. They were extremely careful not to make a sound or step on one of the living Pokeballs until Luigi accidentally kicked one with his back paw and it rolled into another. He froze. They all froze when the disturbed Electrode and Voltorb woke up and shouted, "intruders!!!" Once he saw them. The others woke up and surrounded them.

They all started to glow. They were going to explode.
"Oh no!!!! This is bad!!" Luigi replied. "How could I be a klutzy.... Now we're going to be blown up into smithereens and it's all my fault!!"
"Luigi, it's okay. We'll get out of this I know we will." Mario told him.
"Mario's right."
The Voltorb and Electrode continued surrounding them. They were ready to explode in a few seconds.
Luigi gulped and ran in front of his friends. Hoping to protect them. Luigi closed his eyes tightly.
Then the Pokeballs exploded.
