Percy wasn't sure how she got home, or how her car got into the private underground garage for the apartment building Eridani and she lived in.

What she did know was that her headache was awful and she really wanted somebody to punch.

She knew her head hurt a lot.

It felt like a couple of elephant's had moved in and decided to learn how to tap dance while tribal bongo drums were playing in the background.

She slowly slid the other eye open, letting out a quiet sigh of relief which was way too loud, but anyways. She let out a sigh of relief when she realized that she really was in her own apartment. Percy was about to calm down and go back to sleep when she had another mini heart attack, she slowly turned over in her bed.

There was no one there.

Perci silenced the sound of her own heart beat to listen and see if there was anyone in the apartment.

Nobody.

Perci relaxed, dropping back down.

She couldn't remember much from the night before, just the feel of...

She shot up, her body and head screaming in protest.

A small smile appeared on Perci's face as she reached up to touch her lips which were still smudged in lipstick.

He had kissed her! She thought dreamily.

Wait.

He had kissed her.

And there's the panic she was missing.

Perci hadn't kissed anyone since before the end of the second Giant War. She had been too busy planning war plans and types of attacks that were all shot down by Andrew, who instead said they should use his. In the end they had just wasted a whole bunch of time and decided to go with Perci's plan anyways.

Anyways back to Calix.

She had to resist squealing, this vacation was probably the best thing that had happened to her. Perci had never felt so girly before, never had a chance to be so relaxed. And in this world, she was safe from all the monsters.

Back on her earth, after finding out about the Greek gods, she never imagined having another chance to dress girly, to be worried about how her nails looked or if this cute guy liked her.

It was so much simpler just being a mortal.

Perci groaned out in pain as another wave of tapdancing elephants hit her head. She slowly lie back down before reaching over to her bedtable and snatching her phone off.
