"see ya sweets, oh remember that tomorrow you, pony and me are walking to school. ok?" johnny said as i was leaving with dally. "ok! see ya!" i said waving.

"you and johnny are good friends." dally said smiling as i put my arm around his waist. it was already dark outside but dally and i wanted to walk so we did.

"let's go get milkshakes." i told dally. "aren't you banned or somethin' from the diner?" dally said grinning. "um, yeah but they won't see me cause i'm fucking sneaky, man!" i said doing hand gestures.

"yeah right." dally said messing with my hair the grinning. as we entered i put on my hood and smiled at dally. "hey, can we have a strawberry and chocolate milkshake?" dally told the waiter.

"yeah coming right up." the waiter said and winked at dally. hell no! "yeah! coming right up my asshole. go flirt with other boys not mine ok sweetie?" i softly yelled at the waiter.

the waiter turned red, dally grabbed my hand and kissed it, "you're only mine baby, only mine." the waiter left embarrassed, i put my head on dally's shoulder. "awe you're mine too." when our milkshakes arrived we were just talking bout how long we've been together now.

we finished our milkshakes and we were heading back home. dally held my hand as i held his. we then heard a car coming our way, we didn't know who it was until it stopped halfway to us, the guys who were in the car got out.

"hey!" a familiar voice yelled. "fuck let's go." dally said grabbing my hand as we were running. the car was still after us, when they finally catched up to us they got out of the car.

"we had a deal remember! why'd you break it?" bob asked. dally ignored his question and looked at me. "what deal?" i asked bob as i looked at dally. "your boyfriend had a deal, with me, he promised that he would kill this one guy but he never did."

i turned around to bob then dally, "you what?" "yeah, because he didn't do that, well you're going to die." bob said taking out his gun. "who?" i yelled. "well, you sweetheart." bob said loading his gun.

i then heard the gun shot, i opened my eyes and expected me to be on the ground but it wasn't me. i turned around and saw, "DALLY!" i cried. i fell on the ground and got his hand.

"rubi..." dally groaned while grabbing my hand. "shh...everything is ok, you'll be ok." i said as my tears went running down on my face. "be...with johnny." dally said. i moved my hair to the side and looked at him confused. "johnny is a good guy...do it for me. johnny is for you."

i cried even more, "dally don't leave!" "do it for me...be with johnny, he's...a good...guy, and he won't...put you...in problems...like...me." dally said. "i love you...rubi." dally groaned. that was the first time he said that, "i love you too." i cried.

i grabbed his face and kissed him. i opened my eyes and saw dally, he smiled then closed his eyes. "dally?" i cried as i hold his hand. i turned to see that bob was still there with his gun. i checked if dally had a gun with him and he did. i grabbed it, loaded it and pointed it toward bob.

"like you have the balls to shoot me!" bob yelled. "you killed dally!" i yelled as i wiped my tears. "shoot me you greaser!" bob yelled. my hand was shaking and i couldn't hold the gun properly.

"rubi?" i turned around hoping it was dally but instead it was johnny and ponyboy. they noticed me with the gun, and dally on the ground dead. "sweets?" johnny said heading to give me a hug because i fell on my knees.

pony yelled, "get away from us!" i noticed he wanted to cry. then darry, soda, steve and two bit came. the socs left running away like they should be. "dally died because he saved me!" i said crying. "i was supposed to die not him!"

"he saved you, that how you know he's a good person." darry said putting his hand on my shoulder. i looked at everyone, we all lost someone from the gang. ponyboy, sodapop, and darry came to give me a hug. i then hugged two bit and steve. i turned to johnny, "be with johnny...do it for me" dally's voice went going inside my head.

i looked at johnny for a while and gave him a hug. what do you mean dally? be with johnny? we went home, i took a warm bath. all the blood from my hands, my neck, and arms were going away. i checked my hoodie, there was a note inside of it.

i knew this was going to happen darlin' i didn't kill the guy because you changed my heart. i love you. when you have time on your bed there is going to be a box. open it ok? johnny is a good guy, i know before we were a thing you and johnny were somethin' special. you guys still have that. be with him. for me. i love you darlin' and i'll miss you and our memories.

i cried even more. i saw the box, as i opened it there was his leather jacket, a picture of dally and i that johnny took us, a rose, the rose was when i fell in mud and dally laughed then gave me a rose. and a pack of cigarettes.

i love you dally, i'll never forget the memories we had.
