Chapter 11

~*Time Skip, 2 Years Later*~

Eunjung blinked after having a light shined in her eyes, "Owie, that hurts. Alright, doctor. We can go back home right?" Eunjung was scared of doctors, mainly because of all the trips she took with Jimin to the Asylum.

"Now, Eunnie, what did I tell you about manners?" Jieun scolded her child. Speaking of the Asylum, Jieun was discharged about a year and a half ago and was able to live with Eunjung and Amber again. "I'm sorry about that Seokjin. Well, did you find anything wrong with my baby girl?" As she was talking to Seokjin, Eunjung was cuddling up against her mother to which Jieun just sighed and smiled.

"No, she's completely healthy." Seokjin focused his gaze on Jieun, "What about you, Jieun? How are you holding up?"

"I'm doing a lot better." Jieun looked a bit distant as she talked about her condition but then she came back, "I'm just...worried about Eunjung. I don't want her to develop anything."

"She shouldn't have anything because both of her parents weren't born with any psychological issues and were developed later in life." Seokjin said in order to not say Jungkook's name. "Her health in the future is something to look out for but other than that she should be fine."

"Say, Seokjin...you've been a friend of our family for a long time but we don't know anything about you. Do you have someone special in your life?" Jieun asked a bit curiously.

"I do but he and I are strictly business partners at the moment." Seokjin said as he put his stethoscope around his neck and smiled. "I hope you have a good day, Jieun." He left the two ladies in the room.

~*Elsewhere*~

"So, remind me again why we're looking for this lady?" A cleaner, more mature Jungkook asked CL. He has been pretty much her bodyguard for the past 2 years and not once has Taehyung come to look for Jungkook.

"She has an uncanny ability to figure out if certain people will have powers. I need to know information about the last member of the group I plan on making. Right now, the person is a child but is showing potential but I need to know when those powers will arise." CL was being as vague as possible but Jungkook was a bit too airheaded to catch onto anything. "You know, with those 2 years in that prison cell being tortured, I'm surprised you're--"

"Don't assume that I'm normal." Jungkook interrupted her as he saw a sign that matches the description. He just opened the door and immediately a woman, "I assume you're the lady called Kim Hyuna?"

"Fancy that. If it isn't the once very innocent and surprising Jeon Jungkook." Hyuna got up and started walking over to him. Her body was curvacious but that didn't distract the crazy young man.

"What do you mean by surprising?" Jungkook asked with curiosity.

"I can predict the future of any person that may have powers in the future or massive changes. I did not forsee your drastic turn. You were nothing but a ordinary boy that was meant to be father. Looks like you are the only person to have changed the future. Unlike your little psycho lover, you weren't born different." Hyuna started until CL cleared her throat. "But I am here to discuss the next person I have my sights on. I know that she won't show any signs of her powers until she's about 10 which is 5 years from now but that's just in time for the war."

"Wait, you want to put a child in a war?" Jungkook turned to look at CL. "You really are the devil."

"No different than the children your psycho lover and you totured then killed." CL was able to come up with an accurate argument. God, I hope Jungkook doesn't realize that this child will be his.

All of the sudden, exiting the bathroom was a very familiar face to Jungkook, "Is that you...Baekhyun?" Baekhyun stopped in his tracks with his eyes as wide as possible, "Be careful you don't widen your eyes too wide, I might just want to gouge them out."

"Oh my God. Harley, between you and Mr. J--" The name made Jungkook's head perk up.

"Where is he? Where is my puddin'?" Jungkook interrupted Baekhyun who just looked at Jungkook with an eyebrow up, "What?"

"Gosh, between you two..." He shook his head, "It's best you find out yourself, Harley."

"What's that supposed to mean?" Jungkook asked.

~*The Night Before in Gotham*~

In the Joker's nightclub, he was discussing something with someone unexpected, "You're telling me you want me to strike a deal with you? Now, Red, is that such a good idea that you want to team with me...the lover of the man that takes your attention away from your precious green?"

"Look, Joker. I only want to find Harley only because I got an offer from someone that wants to make a team, all I know is that you don't Harley to be a part of this group. From what my babies have told me, Harley is unstable and scared." Ivy told Joker, "Plus, a certain kitty knows exactly where he is."

Walking in the backroom is someone very familiar to Joker, the accomplice, but also enemy of Batman, also known as Catman, "So, Joker. I have a little bit of a trade for you, and no I won't give you Batman...something better."

"What on earth could I want besides Batsy and my Harley?" Joker was intrigued and he stood up in front of the cat.

"Immortality and the ability to contact your lost loved ones." Catman could certainly see a change in Joker's eyes, "But I have a little price that I want to see if you can pull off. I need you to get Harley's ex-wife and her family's trust. Do that and I will grant you the ability to live with Harley forever and on."

"So, Joker. I will join this little group with Harley but I will only join to bring you back your little boy toy but I want a promise from you. Don't mess with my precious children. Protect the green, and I will protect Harley until you two are reunited."

"Very well. You two have a deal." Joker looked at the two. "I know exactly the way to gain the little tramp's trust."
