I pushed the button on the key I am holding and the car lit up and beeped. I opened the second door because that's where Kiefer put our gym bags. I looked for our towels and tumblers.

While ransacking his duffel bag I saw his wallet. Hindi ko naman sinasadya but it was open and I saw our picture.

I pick up his wallet so I can see it closer. Sinabi niya na sakin before to but I just laughed it off but seeing it now? I touched his face, inside his wallet is a photo of us. This was taken the first time I met his family. It's an instax courtesy of Dani, he's back hugging me like he always do, my hand on his hand and we both have that silly smile. I'm wearing my eyeglasses pa nga it's just so candid. Dani took it while we were eating inside the kitchen. Nakatayo lang kami nun, we were digging the pasta he cooked. He said I was the first one to have a taste to it, sinubuan niya pa ko nun and it's just so romantic.

May small size ng high school gradution picture din kami dun, his and mine. Hiningi niya yun sakin once nung sinundo niya ko after class sa school and we ate out. Nakita niya sa journal ko. Siguro bago palang kaming "friends" nun.

Bilis din ng panahon, dati rati inililink ako sa kanya and he kept on denying me, ako din naman sa kanya pero ngayon ang oa niyang magpasweet. Sus! Nakakita din ako ng family photo nila sa wallet niya, kaya nainlove ako dito eh. Grabe yung respeto at pagmamahal niya sa pamilya niya.

Finally napansin na ko ng mokong. He hurried to my side, nakita ko how shocked Trinca is. Nung nakita ko yung broken expression niya naawa ako. Babae din ako and I know how it feels to love someone but not loved back. In her case it's her fault she chose to let go.

"B, let me explain." Si lokong Kiefer kabadong kabado, aba dapat lang nakagame face on ako no! Hindi ko siya pinansin. I am staring intently at Trinca's face.

"Baby.." Kiefer touched my arm, hindi ko pa din siya pinansin. Huminga ako ng malalim, closed my eye and gave my sincerest smile to Trinca. Plastic? Maybe.

"Hi, Trinca right?" I offered my hand she just looked at it. I have a vibe she won't get it kaya binaba ko na.

"I know." Ramdam ko na alam niyang what she's doing is a losing shot but she's doing it anyway. I admire her guts.
