Right after his training at Ronac we ambushed this year's PBA's Most Valuable Player, man of the hour and the newest proud Daddy, Kiefer Ravena to tell us what he did for love.
"I got married. Tied her to me, para walang kawala." The Phenom, and next in line Gilas Team Captain Kiefer Ravena answered strutting his new tattoos that obviously telling everyone who owns him.
We simply laugh along with him, everyone would agree with us when we say Kiefer looks genuinely happy and inspired. "Yung crush ko noon, Nanay ng anak ko ngayon." He added with so much pride.
"Simple lang naman eh, kapag gusto mo wag mo pakawalan. Aim for it, grab it and never let it go. Parang basketball lang yan, kung gusto mo yung bola depensahan mo." Says Kiefer who's happily married to the National Team middle blocker and former DLSU Lady Spiker, Mika Reyes - Ravena.
I'm laughing and blushing as I read yet another cheesy interview of Kiefer. He is such a sweetheart, my sweetheart. He texted me just this morning when he went off for an exhibition game that an article would come out today and told me to read it.

Issa is sleeping and so I have time for my daily work out. Next month Kiefer allowed me to go back to training. Yes, I'll be officially back playing volleyball. Issa is almost 6 months now.
Mahirap pala talagang bitawan at kalimutan ang isang bagay na naging parte ng buhay mo. You'll always feel something is missing.
"Hindi naman kita pipigilan eh. As long as you'll have time for me and Issa walang kaso sakin. I don't want you to regret anything. Parehas tayong athlete and I know what it feels to not be able to play. Kaya kung anong desisyon mo, I'll support you." He said to me when I asked him if I could go back. Kiefer even kissed my forehead, I love him even more.
It's possible pala no? Yung lalo pang mainlove instead mafall out? Believe me, Kiefer and I are living proof it happens.
Lalo na ngayon? We have our bundle of joy, Isabella.

Mika labored for I can't count how long hours. Takot na takot ako para sa kanila ni Issa. Good thing my babies are fighters.
"Kamukhang kamukha mo Kiefer." Says my Mom while staring at my miracle. My little angel, our bundle of joy inside the incubator.
"Ako Tatay niyan eh." I smirked.
"Malas niya.." Singit ni Dani sabay tawa. Inipit ko ang ulo niya sa braso ko.
"Joke lang Manong eh.." Dani said laughing while struggling to get out my hold.
"Sina Bhaby ba nakauwi na?" Tanong ni Papa sakin. Tumango ako. My in-laws went home kanina kasama sila Miko at Mikole. Andito din kanina si Kuya Perry at Ate Aereen.
"She's an angel." Thirdy commented. Indeed.
I remembered crying when I first saw Issa. Takot na takot ako because she was so quiet when she was born. Wala siyang imik na para bang natutulog pa din. Pinalo siya ng doktor ng magaan, una.. Pangalawang beses, dumilat siya at umiyak.
Parang Nanay niya, ayaw nagpapaistorbo ng tulog.
"Baby, I love you." Hingal na hingal si Mika. Pinipilit niyang idilat ang mga mata niya ngunit hindi niya na kaya. Ngumiti siya, hinalikan ko ang noo niya saka natulog na ito.
After 3 days nailabas na namin si Mika sa ospital, meanwhile our baby can't just yet. The doctor told us we can discharge her after two weeks pa.
"I wanna hold my baby." Mika sobbed softly in my arms while watching Issa inside her incubator.
"Ilang araw ba lang baby." I said comforting her.
Mika
The first time I held her in my arms, the feeling is indescribable. Before, I often roll my eyes at Mom whenever she'll tell me that I'm their greatest gift from God and that the moment they heard me cry was the best moments of their life. Sabi ko pa, "Mejo oa ka Ma." But now, I know exactly how it feels.
"Mama, thank you. Alam ko na ngayon yung feeling." I decided to pay my parents a visit. I'm with Kuya Fred and Issa. Mama is holding Issa, making her burp.
"Thank you." I added. Mom just smiled at me.
"Proud ako sayo, mula noon hanggang ngayon." We're so into being dramatic when Issa interrupted us with her loud burp.
"Ay, busog siya." Mom commented and we both just laugh it off.
Kiefer
He figured he wants his life written on his body. Not that they're not in his heart, mind and soul he just feels like doing it and so he asked someone he knew could help him.
Pingris.
"Sige, samahan kita. Dun sa artist ko. Ano ba papalagay mo?"
"Pangalan ni Isabella at Mika." Matagal kong pinagisipan hanggang sa nakapagdesisyon ako.
"Hanep. Sige sige, after practice. Ngayon na ba?"
"Oo sana eh."
"Walang kaso yan, tawagan ko siya na dadaan tayo. Magaling yun!"
The tattoo artist helped me design my tattoo.
"Ayos yan, sa likod ko sana." Joe, the artist, showed me his layout and I approve.
He finished it in no time. Masakit pero fulfilling. Kuya Marc took a snap of it, mamula mula pa.
On my shoulders, left side MIKA, center AEREEN and right side ISSA.
