"I am so, so sorry."
"Why?" Asked Foxy, confused as to why tears were streaming down Sarah's face.
"I-I thought you were a-all j-just robots. Things th-that couldn't th-think for themselves. There's a saying, d-don't judge a book b-by it's c-cover. And I d-did just th-that."
"I don't see why your crying. You're not the one doing anything wrong here. If I could, I would be crying because I nearly tried to kill you."
"But you thought it was right. No one told you otherwise so how were you supposed to know?"
"But I did know. I knew it was bad. That what we were doing wasn't right. But I did it anyway. I'm the one who's done everything wrong, not you...actually, I just realised. I have no idea what your name is."
"Oh, um, it's Sarah. Sarah Cassidy."
"Sarah. That's a nice name. It's suits you."
"Thanks."
There was the click of animatronic parts on the other side of the curtain. Sarah's body instantly tensed. Foxy lifted a finger to his lips, implying for her to be quiet. As the sound got closer, Sarah edged towards the wall, while Foxy went to the edge of the curtain. He poked his head out, only to pull it back in again.
"Where's the girl? She's not in her office so where is she? Tell me." Hissed Chica from the other side of the curtain.
"I don't know. Haven't seen her except as she walked in." A lie. Foxy truly was trying to protect her. But it was hard especially when people poke their heads into your hiding place. Which is exactly what Chica did. Sarah tried to blend into the shadows but it was no use. The chicken hadn't already seen her, her eyes filled with venom.
She turned on Foxy, who had now stepped in front of Sarah, filling the space between her and Chica. "I ThoUGhT yOu SAiD YoU'D KilL hEr! I THoUgHt YoU WerE ExcITeD!" Chica's voice was horrific. It was enough to make you're ears bleed. It was also loud enough to attract the other animatronics. Bonnie and Freddy had been searching around the main section of the building when they heard Chica's shrieks. They immediately rushed towards pirate cove.
Soon, all the animatronics were in pirate cove, and while Foxy and Sarah were the only ones on the stage, the curtains had been ripped open, revealing the other 3. From nowhere, Chica had produced a knife and was now brandishing it. It had only taken a second for Bonnie and Freddy to realise what was going on. Instantaneously, they both glared daggers into Foxy. Although he was quite skilled, Foxy was no match for the other 3 put together. Sarah knew this. She also knew that while she may only be able to use one arm, she could still try to stop Foxy from being pummeled to dust.
Chica held her knife tight in her grip as she made her way towards Foxy, shaking with rage at his betrayal. She swung the knife to hit his side, but that's not what it hit. Just before the knife could collide with the animatronic, Sarah had stepped in front of him, taking the knife in her side. While it wasn't dug into her, it was a sharp knife which cut through her thin top easily and penetrated her skin as if it were bread. While the cut was only about half a centimeter deep, it lost a lot of blood quickly. It soaked through her top in a matter of seconds while the animatronics just stood there, staring at her in bewilderment.
They were completely perplexed as to why Sarah had done that. Almost instantly, Foxy acted when he saw how much blood Sarah had already lost. He ripped the curtain off it's rod and tore of a long strip using his hook.
"I'm gonna need you to lift your arms up ok." Sarah nodded, which she instantly notice was a bad idea as her head was thumping. She did as she was told and Foxy wrapped the curtain around her waist where the cut was as if he were bandaging it. He tied it a little tight so it wouldn't come off and stood up. None of the other animatronics interrupted through the whole process and he was grateful.
"Thank you." Said Sarah.
"Your welcome." Said Foxy, although his words were interrupted by the sound of a car outside. Looking past Freddy to the window showing the car park, Sarah saw a car parking close to the door. Slowly, the figure got out and looked around. Then, they made their way to the door. Sarah knew who this person was. It was her mum.
