Sarah blinked against the harshness of the light. Her whole body hurt. Especially her neck. And head. She had a thumping headache. She was laying in someone's arms. They were soft and warm. Like a plushie. She could hear voices and people talking but she couldn't distinguish what they were saying or who the owners were. She opened her eyes fully and looked around. She was at one of the tables at the pizzeria. Foxy was holding her in his arms and Sarah was comforted by this. The others were standing over her, worry in their eyes. Even her mum was there. No one had noticed she was awake. She gently poked Foxy to get his attention.
He looked down and his face lit up like a 5 year old on Christmas.
"Y-you're awake. Oh my god I thought you were dead." He hugged her firmly but not enough to hurt her. She returned the hug and snuggled into his chest.
"I hate to ruin the moment but I have a few questions I'd like answered." Said Sarah's mum. They pulled away although Foxy almost did it reluctantly. Sarah looked at her mum.
"Why did you lie to me? I came here thinking you'd been killed only to get told these guys were you're friends."
"I was scared you'd yell at me. I thought you'd make me quit. I didn't want to leave. I was scared that you'd take away my only friends."
"Oh. I'm so sorry. I never knew. I feel terrible."
"It's fine."
"Now, on to more pressing matters." Interrupted Bonnie.
"Sarah, are you ok?" Asked Foxy.
"I don't know. Everything hurts but other than that I guess I'm ok."
"What about your head?"
"Well, I have a thumping headache."
"I'm not surprised. You've got a nasty bruise on the side of your head. What happened?" Foxy asked. Sarah stayed quiet. She really didn't talk about what happened in the room.
"Come with me." Foxy lead Sarah over to pirate cove and they sat down on the stage. No one else followed them and Sarah was glad. She felt comfortable only telling Foxy.
"Please tell me what happened. Afton brought you backstage and you were unconscious. You've got scratches all over you and bruises on your neck. What did those two do to you?"
"The bear took me then he suffocated me. I don't remember anything other than waking up in this really dark room. I was in this suit of some sort. It was a yellow version of Bonnie. The bear was next to me. Then I heard the door open and Afton came in. He kept talking. He saw me and then he saw the bear. Said he'd seen one now he got to see the other and he'd see the last one later. He kept going on about how the police were annoying and how he'd had his fair share of suspicion. He had this knife and I thought he was going to stab me till he said he didn't want to break the kids' toy. He said he'd take me out of the suit and he took off the head first. Then he hit me in the head with something. The next thing I know is I'm here." Sarah was shaking by the time she'd finished. Foxy wrapped his arm around her and she hugged him tightly. He returned the gesture. They stayed like that till Sarah had calmed down.
"I'm going to tell the others ok. I'll get your mum to come over while I tell them, ok. You don't have to tell them." Sarah nodded and she stayed where she was as Foxy walked off and her mum came running over.
"Are you ok?"
"I'm fine mum. Just a little shaken." Sarah's mum hugged her tightly before letting go to look Sarah in the eyes.
"Oh, I called your father as well. He should be here in a minute." Sarah nodded. She just wanted to go to sleep and forget about everything. Although it was never going to be that easy.
