Sarah sat with her mum for a while until her dad arrived. She went over to the door to greet him. She unlocked the door and smiled at him as he made his way over.

"OK, something's wrong. How come you didn't come running at me?" Asked her dad, a huge smile plastered on his face.

"Sorry dad, I'm just not exactly sure I can run." Replied Sarah, embracing him in a warm hug.

"Come inside. We have a lot to talk about." Said Sarah's mum, breaking the two up. Sarah led her dad inside and over to the table where the animatronics were now sitting. Her dad saw them and his mouth dropped. Sarah just smiled brightly, like a child showing off a picture she drew.

"Dad meet my friends. There's Bonnie, Chica, Freddy and Foxy." Sarah said, temporarily forgetting why he was here.

"These are...you're friends?"

"Yeah. They're really nice and kind. They're the best." She saw the animatronics shift slightly when she said that. Luckily her dad didn't notice.

"Sweetie, why don't you talk with you're, friends, while I talk to your father for a bit." Said her mum quickly.

"We need to talk to you as well." Said Bonnie. Foxy motioned for Sarah to join him and she walked over happily, taking the seat next to him. The others walked off with her parents to talk.

"You know, you're selling us up. We're not nice and kind. You know that. We're definitely not the best. I have a feeling you may be giving your dad the wrong idea."

"I don't think so. You are nice and kind. And who cares what others say, you are the best." Said Sarah, hugging Foxy.

He hugged back. Sarah looked over the fox's shoulder where the stage was visible. She gasped and pulled away from Foxy when she saw something on it. It couldn't been. Surely not.

"What's wrong?" Asked Foxy as Sarah looked around the room.

"I thought I saw-" Sarah stopped dead when she saw the bear. Foxy saw him too and got in front of Sarah protectively. The others were nowhere to be seen. Foxy just prayed they were all right. The bear seemed to sense their fear as he took two large steps back, nearly falling over a chair. Despite herself, Sarah laughed. She tried to cover it up but she couldn't. Foxy looked at her sideways and the bear smiled. Foxy looked at the bear, and instantly returned his face neutral, but not before Foxy saw.

"You made her laugh." Stated Foxy. "On purpose?" The bear shook his head. Sarah noticed something for the first time. He hadn't said a word. Not a single word in the past 24 hours.

"Can you speak?" Asked Sarah, voicing her thoughts. The bear shook his head again and Sarah got an idea. She took off down the corridor to the office and she grabbed a bunch of scrap paper and a pen and went back. Foxy gave her a worried yet curious look when he saw her but once he saw the paper he understood.

"Ah, I see now." Said Foxy following Sarah as she walked up to the bear. He tilted his head slightly in confusion as Sarah handed him the paper.

"You can't speak, but you can write, can't you?" Asked Sarah, looking up into the bear's lack of eyes. The bear looked down at the paper, then up at Sarah, then back down at the paper again, smiling. He began to scribble away furiously.

No one has ever done anything like this for me before. Thank you.

Sarah smiled down at the paper. "You're welcome." She looked at Foxy who was standing close behind, staring at the pair in wonderment. His jaw was hanging open, exposing his many sharp teeth. It was the first time Sarah had actually noticed them properly. They glistened in the moonlight shining in from the front door. The faint scratching of pen on paper could be heard and Sarah turned back to the bear.

I have some things to tell you.
