Sarah froze on the spot. What in the world was her mum doing here. It was 3 in the morning, Sarah was at work, and her mum just decides to turn up. WHAT!!! This was not something she'd normally do. That made Sarah panic. Had something bad happened? Was it something to do with dad? Sarah left pirate cove and walked towards the door. None of the animatronics stopped her as she opened the door. Her mum hadn't noticed her yet. Sarah's side still hurt, reminding her of the curtain bandage.
Looking down at it, she saw that it covered the rip in her top as well as her cut. It was wrapped neatly around her waist and tied on the opposite side to the cut. It was so perfect, as if it was meant to be there. Like a belt. Sarah admired Foxy's handiwork just a little longer, smiling. Then she remembered her mum and opened the door. Well, like the night before, she tried. The animatronics had, again, locked her in. But she was prepared. She had kept the key in her pocket so she simply pulled it out and unlocked the door.
"Hi sweetie. Sorry if I'm interrupting anything but I just wanted to come by and see how you where going." Sarah's mum said as soon as she saw Sarah. Oh, my first two night have been amazing. So far my arm has been fractured by Chica, I learnt the story of the animatronics and got stabbed in the side by Chica then bandaged by Foxy. So yeah, my first two night are going well. And we're only halfway through the second. Oh and I also forgot to mention spending who knows how long in a closet being tortured by the animatronics one at a time. So, as you can tell, I'm going great. Sarah felt like saying, but she held her tongue.
"Oh no. I just watch the animatronics and stuff. Nothing much. Come in and I'll show you the office." Said Sarah. Sarah's mum stepped inside and looked around. It was cleaner than she'd expected, the smell of pizza still fresh in the air. Sarah started towards the office, making sure to use the hallway opposite pirate cove, giving as much distance between her and where she'd last seen the animatronics. Sneaking a quick glance, she saw they were no longer there. Foxy might still be there but if he was, he was behind the one remaining curtain.
Sarah led her mum into the office through the right hand door, allowing her to look around. For the first time she actually used the cameras to see if she could find the animatronics. Her mum saw her and joined in. They had somehow all gotten back into their positions on the stages. Deciding they were fine where they were, Sarah turned of the computer showing the cameras and turned to her mum.
"I'm sorry it's not much. I feel like you got bored when you saw the place. I don't really know what to show you unless you'd like a, 5 minute tour of the place."
"Oh, don't worry sweetie. You seemed to have picked this up really quickly. I'm proud of you. And if you're happy, so am I. I just can't believe you got a job. Oh I can't say how excited I am for you. I would love a tour sweetie."
At that moment, Sarah's body stiffened with fear. Peaking through the window behind her mum was Freddy, a hungry look in his eyes. "Yeah, sure mum. We'll go this way and do a circle." Said Sarah, leading her mum out the opposite door and down the hall.
"What's in there?" She asked as they walked past the supply closet.
"Oh, just some cleaning supplies and stuff. Nothing much." Replied Sarah, not wanting to see the room two nights in a row. So, Sarah continued down the hall, her eyes open to see if any more animatronics had left the stage and decided to go for a wander. Sarah could only imagine what her mum would say if she saw what this place was really like.
