Recap:

"How the Hell are we supposed to get your doctor here? You're hurt bad, we need to call an ambulance for you and get you to a hospital." Niall is looking much paler than normal which tells me he's likely lost a fair amount of blood overnight. I'm worried he's not going to make it if I wait much longer to get help.

Ally's POV

"Just trust me please, I need you to help me get to my car,"

"Where is your car?"

"It should be parked in front of the bar." Nialls brings his hand into his jeans and hands me the keys.

"It's the black Mercedes" Niall adds.

"How are we going to do this? The alley is long and I don't know how far you're going to be able to walk with your leg that bad." I look at him cautiously.

"You're going to have to help me I'll be fine to walk if I can put some of my weight on you" Niall reaches up, I take his hand in mine and pull him up so he's standing. He grunts and puts his arm around me so he can lean on me. When we take the first step Niall makes a second noise of pain I can feel his leg buckle under him but I manage to keep him upright.

"Just keep moving I'll be alright" Niall's words are already breathless but regardless I know I have to get him out of here quickly.

Slowly we make progress, we have to stop every few steps but the alley get's brighter and brighter as we go along. Once we've made it close enough to the end I stop Niall and lean him against the wall. He doesn't protest probably assuming I need a break but he does eye me curiously.

"I'm going to go see if I can move the car closer, I don't think you can walk much farther and it's probably getting busy out there so we don't need a hundred witnesses calling in what they've seen if you're really that set on not letting authorities know."

"Thanks" Niall nods.

When I make it out onto the sidewalk I'm surprised to only see a few people out. There is also conveniently a spot in front of the alley that should be big enough to park the car for a few minutes. I see what must be Niall's car down the road a little way down, it doesn't take me long to get to it but once I get in I lose a lot of the adrenaline I had when I realize I'm going to have to drive a backwards car in a different country that I don't know all the driving laws in.

An image of Niall pops into my head again and I know he needs me and that I need to get over this to save him. I start the car and find the signal pulling onto the right side of the road and driving ahead less than a minute to get to where Niall is.

I park the car but leave it running, hurriedly getting out and going back down the alley wondering if Niall is still alright. I'm relieved when I see him still leaning against the wall where I left him. He puts his arm around me once again and leans his weight into me. His breathing seems to get heavier by the second and I make up quicken our pace a bit as though the car is going to heal him. In the back of my mind I know it won't but getting him into the car will bring me one step closer to getting him fixed up.

When we reach the sidewalk I bring him straight to the car helping him into the passenger seat. I can tell he's in a lot of pain when he has to get down to get into the seat. Running to the driver's side I get in and look over to Niall who is staring at his leg, he could have looked with the phone light but from his expression, I'm guessing this is the first time seeing how bad the wound really is.

"Where do I need to take you?" I ask needing him to respond to me while he still can, it wouldn't surprise me if he passes out from blood loss or even just shock.
