V. \\ HIDE AND SEEK //
Ash and Arden awkwardly and silently had been standing side-by-side on one of the skate ramps outside The Grotto, waiting for Hailey and Rowan to get there for almost twenty minutes. Arden knew that Ash knew something about the post she showed him, but he wouldn't tell her anything until she told him why she wanted to know and what this had to do with Elisia. So, Arden ended up texting Rowan and Hailey, hoping they could help and she told Ash that they would explain everything when they got here.
After about twenty minutes of waiting, Hailey's car finally pulled around the corner and Arden stood straight up as they pulled up the dirt gravel road and stopped in front of them. The passenger side window rolled down to reveal Hailey driving and Rowan in the passenger seat.
"Get in," Hailey gestured for them to get in the back of the car.
Ash and her nodded, him getting into one side and Arden in the other. As soon as they got into the backseats, Hailey and Rowan turned around in their seats so that they were facing Ash and her.
Rowan looked at Arden, "So why did you call us down here?"
"And why is he here?" Hailey raised an eyebrow up at Ash.
Ash looked over at Arden with a pointed look, knowing exactly why he was here. However, she hadn't told them yet, she had just texted Rowan and Hailey and told them to get down there as soon as possible.
"Ash knows where the building is." Arden told them.
Their lips parted in surprise at the new-found lead that could help them find her.
"Well?" Hailey looked at him, "Where is it?"
Frowning, Arden already knew Hailey wasn't going to get very far...she had already tried multiple times to get him to tell her so that they could leave him out of the whole mess. But he wouldn't budge unless she told him what she knew about Elisia.
"First tell me what this has to do with Elisia." Ash said, "Where is she? I've been looking for her all day."
No one said a word...the three of them just looked at each other, not knowing what to do. They didn't want to tell Ash everything because one, they didn't know him that well and two, they didn't need him getting involved.
"Fine," Ash sat back in the seat, "I'll take you there."
"You can't come with us." Hailey shut him down immediately, "Just tell us where it is and you can get back to your beater life."
