Land of untold stories, present day...
Emma: I couldn't believe in what I was hearing. I never thought Regina would be capable of such a thing. It still didn't feel right...So I asked her again, even though I wasn't brave enough to do it.
"Regina...Did you...sacrifice your child to cast the curse?" I asked, trembling, shaking, sweating, the palms of my hands covered my belly as I thought I was going to be sick.
Her tears confirmed what I was thinking.
I knew Regina was the Evil Queen, but I knew her with a soft side for children, never thinking if she could actually hurt a child, let alone a child of her own.
"I'm sorry...I never wanted you to know the darkest side of me...Emma..." She was melting in tears, ashamed of herself. I couldn't blame her, but then again...I couldn't forgive her. My mind was a mess, I just couldn't understand how she could do that to one of her own blood.
"Emma..." She whispered, her face wrinkled in sadness, pale blue of concern, her hands stretched to hold me, but I just couldn't...
"I need a moment..." I said, thinking I'd be sick at any time, so I poofed myself to someplace far away from her, deep within the forest, where only the rain and the fallen tree branches could hear me cry.
"Oh my God..." I whispered, in shock.
"Now, now...Have you finally seen how dark your dear wife is?" Someone asked me. A rough voice, coming from the darkness of the forest. Who could it be? I figured...Hamlet.
A tall blonde man appeared, with a small dagger in his hand, pointing at me, and a devilish smirk, as he witnessed the presumable end of Swan Queen.
"What do you want? Mm?" I asked him, staring at his eyes, like a raging lioness. I wasn't going to be bullied by some emo prince!
"Just to show you that loving the queen brings nothing but pain."
"You can't do that...Whatever is happening between me and Regina it's our problem, it's our marriage, and I won't let you alienate me into hating her! I can make my own decisions, I know who I love, and what I want." I made myself certain of my point, pointing my finger towards him.
"Oh...I see...Love blinds you Emma. But don't worry, I'm not here to help change your mind, I came for something else. Something that will hurt Regina even more."
"What?" I asked...Prepared to fight him at any time.
"You!" As he screamedat me, I didn't even have time to defend myself, he lifted his hand so fast, whisking me away in a poof of pitch black smoke, taking me far away, to arustic version of a magical prison, where I'd stay trapped, forever!
