I knew I'd pitch the idea first thing in the morning to my partner but I knew he'd go for the whole scholarship idea, and even if he didn't I would front it all completely myself if need be just because I saw how happy it had made my mate just now.

We sat and talked as our food arrived. Of course the meal was delicious and while I was enjoyig the evening so far I could tell my Mate had something on her mind, more so I could feel that she felt conflicted about something.

"Is there anything else you needed to talk to me about My Flower?" I asked with concern.

She looked at me and put her fork down "I've been thinking about kids lately..."

My wolf was all ears with eagerness now, but I calmed him down immediately so she wouldn't pick up on my own excitment. "Yeah, what about kids Love?"

"Well I know we both want children, and with the wedding planning starting up, I couldn't help but wonder when we should start trying to have our own baby?"

"Well...Now you know I'm ready for whenever you feel you're ready Daisy...I would never want you to feel rushed in any sort of way, but trust me when I say that my wolf and I are more than ready to take on that mantle of father."

"Really?" She asked a little realieved, "I was worried that you'd have some aversion to trying sooner rather than later so to speak."

I chuckled, "You mean to tell me that you thought me, a guy, would have aversions to wanting to have sex with you?"

She blushed and scoffed as she lightly hit my hand, "Aversions to having kids so fast...not making them, I know You'd never have any complaints about us working on making babies."

"I mean I really, really think the smartest thing for us to do is get in as much practice on making them as possible so that when you're ready we'll be all set to go." I put in playfully. It was one of the things I loved most about our relationship, no matter what we could always still be playful with one another.

She smiled and shook her head, "I'll get my birth control out soon the ."

"Carefully or we'll end up having to get married quicker than you're planning."

"You plan on putting a baby in me soon Alpha Cade?"

"Well I can't make any promises, but I know I can hardly keep my hands off you as is, and with my wolf now knowing you will be able to give us children..."

I watched as her wolf was trying to come forward, I smirked as I knew My mate would be ready for us when we got home.

"Maybe we should skip dessert." She suggested wickedly.

I nodded and held my handup to signal that we were done, a bus boy came right over and began clearing the table and the waiter rushed over to see if we were fine.

"The check please." I sounded.

He nodded and disappeared to tally the charges for our meal and drinks.

As we waited for his return Daisy's phone rang, I gave her, her privacy as she answered the call and I looked around for the waiter who seemed to me moving slower than paint drying.

"Alright, We'll be right there and thanks for calling me."

I looked at my Mate as she hung up, even I knew we wouldn't be going home right away.

"Everything alright My Flower?"

The waiter came back with the bill and placed it on the table before excusing himself, I looked at the slip and signed off on it as the place kept my card on file (as I frequent with clients).
