I put down my phone and shove my head into my pillow and cry intensely. My head just flicks through moments of Shawn and I and how we both were attracted one another the minute we saw each other. I lift my head to see I left black mascara stains on my pillow and I sigh as I can't be bothered to put it in the wash. I pick up my phone and scroll through Shawn and I's conversations and honestly this isn't helping me in any shape or form to recover from our 'breakup'.I delete the conversation but still keep his number under 🖤 emoji. Since I do still love him but I have to hide it deep within me so I think that's a good emoji to represent that.
I suddenly hear someone knock on my door and I quickly wipe my eyes and rush downstairs to open the door to see Jenna with 2 packets of Krispy Kreme and tubs of ice cream like she said she would bring. She hurried inside and chucks the food on the kitchen counter and she just hugs me tightly. "You okay??!" She whispers "No not really" I reply back Her head lays just below my shoulder as she is quite short compared to me. Jenna pulls out of the hug and walks over to the kitchen counter to take her food to the couch. I sit on the couch and she sits next to me placing the snacks on it. "I'm sorry for ever dating Max he's just ruined everyone's lives" Jenna says while looking at me with sadness in her eyes "No don't say that, you trusted him and he decided to start becoming weird but anyway Mr Mendes and I would've never worked anyway" I reply looking at my feet "What do you mean you were cute together" Jenna really grins at me "That doesn't matter he's my fucking teacher and I got myself into this mess and I had to get out of it anyway even if Max didn't threaten me...." I state "Literally we would have to keep it secret until we decided to end it as our relationship is practically breaking the law Jenna" I sigh rubbing my forehead. I pick up a glazed donut and stuff it into my face making Jenna chuckle. "Well I mean you can still be mutual friends there's nothing wrong with that." Jenna says whipping out a spoon out of her pocket and digging into a tub of chocolate ice cream. "Why the fuck did you bring a spoon in your pocket and I thought the ice cream was to help me recover" I giggle rolling my eyes "Well..a bitch was hungry so a bitch needed to eat" She replies with ice cream in her mouth. We watch one episode of Pretty Little Liars and I hear the door start to unlock. Jenna literally finished one and a half tubs of ice cream and I finish the two packs of Krispy Kreme.
I don't know why but when I'm sad and I just eat way more then I do My mum and dad walk through the door and I run up to them both and hug them tightly. "I missed you soo much" I squeal "Hope you're okay honey" My mum whispers and kisses my cheek she smelt of expensive perfume. "Hello Jenna" My dad says "Hii" She replies wiping ice cream off her chin "I'll get going Y/N" Jenna says as she hugs me and takes her half empty tub of ice cream with her.
My parents and I talk about what happened with Max and said they were going to get the police involved which honestly took me by surprise. I told them nothing excited happened while they were gone but oh boy if they knew the stuff I was doing with Shawn...
"Darling your mum and I have decided to give you special gifts from abroad!!" My dad exclaims "Awww thank you!!" I squeal as they hand me two boxes. I open my dad's gift which was a Louis Vuitton bag:
