Veronica walks with me to my science class since her class is in the same block as mine.
"Byeee have fun!!!" She exclaims
"Shut the fuck up smart ass" I laugh
"Chemistry isn't actually that hard" Veronica replies while pushing up her glasses
"Yeah because you get A's and A*'s, I don't think I've ever got a B in any of the sciences" I state
"I can always help you study for your exams in 4 mont- oh yeah you're leaving anyway" She says
"Yupp" I smile
"No more school for me thank God!!" I grin and so does she
"Well looks like my class is going in" Veronica states
"Byeee" I squeal waving my arm frantically as she walks away while holding her many textbooks. A few minutes later our teacher unlocks our classroom and we go inside. During class I feel my phone vibrate and I smile to myself because it's either one of my friends sending a stupid message because they're bored as fuck or it's my babyyyyyyyyy.

I need to stop with this lovey dovey shit....

I take my phone out slyly while my teacher lectures about something...I actually don't fucking know at this point.

I open it up as my eyebrows furrow in complete confusion.

Unknown number: Hey it's Jenna I was gonna message you on insta again but I realised that you blocked me. Listen Y/N I really really miss you, can we please chat after school today or do a FaceTime. I'm soooo sorry for what I did, I was so jealous. I think I've made a mistake with getting back with Max.....I have no one to vent to please Y/N

Once we finish our lesson, I leave and go to Shawn's class to see students leaving. I wait outside until the classroom is empty and then I walk inside to see Shawn leaning back in his chair with his extremely messy curls.
"Umm Mr Mendes you wanted to see me after school?" I say trying to act and Shawn gets it
"Well yes I did Y/N your grades are really amazing in this subject and I wanted to give you a reward" He smiles walking up to me. He lifts my chin up and lowers down slightly and kisses my lips. Then whispers in my ear "What is this weird role play?" He asks
"I actually don't know....I was bored" I chuckle as we leave his classroom and he locks the door.

By the time we leave all students have already left. Shawn and I walk out to the car park slowly
"Can I fix your hair?" I question
"Does it look that bad?" He asks
"Uhhhh noooooooo it doesn't but your curls are kinda going rogue" I say
"Yeah sure fix it" He sighs,bends down and I put the curls back in place but leaving one hanging over his forehead.
"I think I need to wear more platform shoes" I state
"Why baby?" He questions
"Because I feel like I'm too short for you and you have to keep bending down and that hurts your back" I giggle
"It's fine I'm used to being a tree, anyways tall women scare me soooo" He replies and I laugh. We get inside his jeep and drive home but as Shawn drives up to his house I see Jenna laughing and holding hands with Max.
He parks as the slowly pass Shawn's house.
"You sure you wanna leave the jeep now?" Shawn asks
"Yh she's out of my life anyway" I answer as I open the door and leave.

"Heyyyy Y/N" Max says and I just ignore him
"Stop Max leave her alone" Jenna says firmly
"I'm over you anyway you can go fuck your teacher I don't care anymore " He retorts and then he sticks his tongue in Jenna's mouth forcefully.
"Shawn I'm actually gonna throw up" I whisper in his ear as we walk to the door
"Good luck on the music stuff." Jenna says and I turn around to see her genuinely smiling at me and I weakly smile then turn around as Shawn unlocks the door. I go inside and I watch them from the kitchen window because I'm just curious.
"Cmon babe lets go" Max states
"No wait I wanna talk to her first" Jenna replies
"What did I tell you about not listening to my orders? You wanna be punished again?" Max questions
"No" Jenna whispers
"Huh???!!!" Max yells
"Max I cant do this anymore. I can't be your girlfriend anymore. I don't even know how you manipulated me to get back with you" Jenna states as she tries to walk away from him but he pulls her back with sorrow in his eyes
"I'm sorry baby, sometimes I really can't control my emotions and I've been trying to improve that ever since I got released from that centre after what I did to Y/N. Which I try to forget about but I can't." Max says as tears form in his eyes and Jenna hugs him. Soon or later the head back home.

What just happened....

"You ok? You've been staring through that window for like 15 minutes?" Shawn smiles
"I'm fine baby" I reply walking over to the fridge and getting out a carton of apple juice.

I will always hate Max...but damn Idk what the fuck he's going through that's making him lash out on Jenna like that...
