Your POV
I run to the bathroom near the music office and hide in a stall. I take my bag off,lock the door and sit on the toilet seat curled up into a ball. I sob loudly as I can't believe Shawn has just moved on.

It doesn't even matter if  he's not allowed to date me or whatever. How can you fucking move on in two days!

I thought he didn't have feelings for Miss Miah

I thought he was different from other guys but no he's just like my ex.... a fucking liar and a cheater.

Suddenly the school bell rings for last period which was English and I have to sit next to Max again. I quickly wipe my eyes and pick up my bag and rush off to my English class. As I pass the music office I see Sh-Mr Mendes walk out of the office with red puffy eyes and he just walks past me without looking at me which pisses me off more.

I get into English where I sit in my seat. For the whole lesson I don't look at Max but I can feel his devilish smile creep up on his face often. Our teacher sets us a group task to do and Jenna quickly looks my way.
"What happened... did you get to speak to him??" She whispers touching my hand as Max is right next to me. I don't want to reply as my mind is just trying to process how shit my life is and how I can't trust anyone. I just write down on a piece of paper briefly what happened with Mr Mendes. I hand it over to Jenna discreetly and after reading it she looks up in anger.
"What?!!" She whispers while frowning
I just shrug my shoulders towards her and do my work.

End of lesson
"And don't forget your assignment is due on Thursday!!" Our teacher exclaims as everyone packs up to leave.
As I get up to put my book in my bag Max touches my leg and I look up at him quickly to see him smirking at me. I take my coat out of my bag and put it on then I just look down at my feet and I don't tell Max to stop.

When our teacher dismisses our table Max quickly walks off and I follow him. We walk to the cafeteria and Max somehow unlocks it and I follow him inside. Our cafeteria doors have no windows so no one will know we are in here. He pushes me onto the wall and kisses down my neck. Tear drops start to form from my eyes as I stare up at the high ceiling. Max sucks on my weak spot on my neck and making me moan unintentionally making him chuckle. He takes my coat off while staring at me with his blue piercing eyes. I look away from his face but he grabs my cheeks harshly making me face him.
"Take your clothes off" He whispers with his horrible breath
Suddenly my mind thinks of a plan
"No baby take your pants off. I'm the one doing a favour for you" I say trying to be flirtatious. Max smirks as he pushes me down onto my knees and he takes his blue jeans and black boxers completely off and kicks them to the side. He pushes his member into my face and I almost throw up in my mouth.
"What are you waiting for huh?!!" He exclaims pushing his hairy member into my mouth. I look up to see him closing his eyes as I slowly move my mouth up and down his member. I look down to see that his phone is poking out of his jeans pocket so I reach out and grab his phone while he moans in pleasure. I move my mouth faster to make sure he keeps his eyes closed and I hold up his phone and I guess his password. I put in the date of his birthday and it works. I scroll through his pictures to find the photos and videos of Mr Mendes and I together. I quickly delete them and go the recently deleted file and delete them. Just as I do that he releases into my mouth letting out a loud groan and I chuck his phone onto his jeans.He pulls his member quickly out of my mouth and grabs me by the neck pulling me up.
"You're really good at that" He smirks while squeezing my bra from under my jumper.
"Yh I know baby" I smile back biting my lip.

I'm so glad I took acting classes when I was 16...

Max chuckles then reaches to get his jeans and notice his phone is out of place. I gulp as he puts his jeans and boxers back on quickly. He starts to laugh quietly.
"Max I'm sorry I- " I try to plead but he turns around and punches me in the face.
"YOU STUPID BITCH!!" He yells as I land onto the floor. I start to scream in pain and fear.
"YOU WILL NEVER OUTSMART ME BITCH!! NOW YOU'RE GONNA BE PUNISHED!" He yells as he tries to flip me over onto my stomach but I kick him in the face making his nose bleed.
He yells in pain as I try to get up and leave but he punches me in the face again giving me a black eye, gets on top of me and starts to choke me. I gasp for air as his cold hands get tighter and tighter around my throat. Tear drops quickly flow out of my eyes as I have no one to save me this time.

Suddenly I hear someone kick the door open. Max lets go of me and is tackled to floor by police. I scoot away as more police men detain him on the ground. Max cries loudly in fear as they try to keep him down. A police woman walks up to me and asks me if I'm okay.
"Are you Y/N?" She asks me and I furrow my eyebrows in confusion. All of sudden my parents come through the door and hug me.
"Oh my goodness you're hurt!!" My mum says observing my black eye.
"How did you guys know that I was in danger?!!" I cry
"We didn't Jenna told us where you were and who you were with"My dad states
"So Jenna called the police" I say
"Yes she did.... what a good friend" The police woman said . I smile as I realise how lucky I am to be alive but then again Jenna saved me again and Mr Mendes didn't even care about my safety he just left..
