Hi. I haven't been writing because of personal reasons. Sorry.

I wanted to get this chapter out because I feel like I'm being a shitty person and a billion people are messaging me telling me to update.

Quick life update for those who actually care. I saw twenty one pilots yesterday though. I touched Josh twice and Tyler once. I met my Internet best friend again.

Sorry for not writing. I love you all. Thank you for 9k. We are so close to 10k. I'll do something special maybe, what would you guys want me to do? I have a new story in the making, so I might publish the first chapter and see what you think. It's called 'messy.'

Anyways, sorry for this dumb chapter and dumb a/n.

-Cass.

"He said it was for the best, Becky!" Geoff sobbed, gripping onto his sister tightly. "He said it was for the best, h-he wants space, I fucked everything up!"

Becky shuffled around awkwardly, pulling Geoff away from the front door and over to the couch. "Okay, it's okay," she sat on the couch with the taller boy, wrapping her arms around him. "It's okay. Maybe it really was for the best, Geoff. It's okay to be upset about it."

"I'm not upset!" Geoff cried, pulling away from her. His eyes were full of tears, his face was puffy and red and there was a thin line of drool trailing down his chin. "I'm mad! I fucked everything up and now he hates me!"

"It's okay. What did you even say to him to make him say that he wanted space?" Becky asked, gently running her fingers through Geoff's sandy coloured hair.

"I told him that I loved him," Geoff whispered. "And he said 'oh.'"

"Oh," Becky mumbled. "Okay, er- why did you say that?"

"I needed to!" Geoff sobbed. "I needed to tell him that I loved him even if he didn't love me back. I need him back, Becky. He's gonna break up with me!"

"He won't, Geoff. I promise." Becky soothed.

Geoff trudged into school the next day, his eyes red and puffy. He was still in his pyjamas. He was still so upset about the night before. He wandered to his locker, opening it. He put his books inside, looking at the little photo of Awsten he had printed and taped to the inside of his locker door. His eyes welled up with tears. Awsten was so beautiful. Awstens didn't know he had taken that photo. The small boy was asleep, curled up in Geoffs blankets with his fingers in Geoffs shirt. His hair was messy against his forehead and his long eyelashes were resting against his pale cheeks. The tiny boy looked so adorable. How did he fuck things up so badly? Geoff shut his locker, a frown on his face as he blinked away tears. "What?" He snapped, being met with Otto.

"What's wrong, Geoff?" Otto had his arms crossed tightly. "Don't tell me nothing. It's obvious something isn't right."

"Nothing." Geoff mumbled, turning on his heel. He walked away from Otto, not even wanting to utter a word about the events of the night before.

"Geoff. Stop," Otto grabbed Geoff's shoulder and turned him. "Tell me what's wrong."

"Nothing." Geoff repeated.

"Is it Awsten? Because I already know if it is. Obviously you're moving too fast. Don't be a dick about it, Geoff!" Otto snapped. "You're making him feel like shi-"

"Oh, he feels like shit?!" Geoff snapped. "Whatever. Tell him to fuck off, I don't love him. I take it all back." He seethed, walking away from Otto again. He marched to the front door of the school, walking over to where he put his bike. He frowned, looking around. Where the fuck was it? Geoff looked over at where the druggies were.

The five of them were kicking the wheels in, crushing the frame and throwing a weird substance onto the bike. Geoff realised it was milk.

Geoff had given up. He just wanted to go home and cry. He sat down on the grassy hill, tears starting to run down his cheeks. He put his head in his hands, his shoulders shaking as he sobbed his heart out. Everything was wrong and nothing was getting better.

His mom was dead.

His father was in jail.

He got rejected for a job interview.

His sister couldn't afford food for him.

His boyfriend was going to leave him.

Geoff's life was falling apart.

He just wanted it to get better, was that too much to ask for?
