After a ten minute make out session which ended up in Geoff's boxers covered in pre-cum and Awstens neck looking like he had been bitten by a spider, the two boys had come downstairs for dinner. It was awkward, to say the least. The pair weren't very quiet, and the walls in the house were very thin.

Geoff couldn't stop looking at Awsten. It was almost like he was in a trance. Sure, Geoff's hobbies were already staring at Awsten but Geoff couldn't keep his eyes off the boy. Geoff couldn't put a finger on what emotions he was feeling. Was he overwhelmed? Happy? Excited? Horny? He didn't know. All he knew was that Awsten had kissed him and it wasn't a dream. Maybe it was. He hoped it wasn't.

"So.. how was school?" Sarah asked awkwardly, breaking the silence.

"Fine," Geoff said quietly. "Boring."

"It was okay, thanks," Awsten said, followed by a mumble from Becky. "You?"

"Work was okay." Sarah nodded, trailing off.

"So, are you two a thing now? Because Geoff won't stop fucking talking about you," Becky asked. "Everything is about you. Awsten this, Awsten that. Awsten would love this. Awsten said this. Awsten, Awsten, Awsten," Becky sighed. "Look, Geoff likes you. A lot. Just fucking go out with him, Jesus Christ."

Geoff went redder than he already was. He looked down at the table, silent as he pushed his food around his plate with his fork.

There was a loud thud. "Sarah!" Becky snapped. "That hurt!" She whined, reaching under the table to rub her leg.

"You deserved it! Why did you think that was a good idea?! Now everything is awkward again!" Sarah snapped, tucking her own leg back under her chair.

Geoff had had enough. He wanted to get away. God, this was so embarrassing. "Thanks for dinner, Sarah," Geoff stood up, taking Awstens hand. "Come on."

"I-I'm not do-" Awsten started, only being interrupted.

"Come on, I wanna show you something." Geoff said impatiently, sitting back down. He whined quietly, staring at Awsten who was eating painfully slowly. "Come on!"

Awsten giggled, putting his fork down. "We should do the dishes together. You know, Becky and Sarah cooked dinner. Its a nice gesture, Geoff." Awsten said, smiling.

"Yeah, but I wanna show you something," Geoff pouted. "Come on."

"Dishes first, dumbass," Awsten teased, taking all the empty plates. "Thank you," He said to the girls. He walked over to the sink and dumped them in, looking over at Geoff. "You gonna help?"

"We have a dishwasher for a reason," Geoff rolled his eyes, getting up. He smiled at the look on Awstens face. "You're so cute." He breathed, a blush forming on his cheeks.

Awsten shook his head, looking down at the floor. He opened the small dishwasher, passing a plate to Geoff. "What do you want to show me?" He asked, the bickering of the two sisters in the dining room slowly getting louder.

"A secret," Geoff replied, stacking the last few plates. "I think you'll like it."

Awsten shut the dishwasher, almost immediately being dragged off by Geoff. He laughed, holding onto Geoff's hand tightly.

Geoff brought Awsten into his room, shutting the door behind him. He opened up the window of his room and grinned. "The roof is flat. It's nice to cuddle and watch the stars," He pulled his blanket off his bed, then stepped out into the roof. "Come on."

Awsten felt nervous. "I-I might fall." He said, stepping closer to the window but not daring to go out onto the roof.

"I'll catch you. You won't fall though, Awsie. I promise you," Geoff held out his hand. "Come on, baby bear."

Awsten nodded shakily, taking Geoff's hand. He felt his legs wobble as he stepped out onto the roof. He held onto Geoff tightly, barely a centimetre between their chests. He knew he wouldn't fall, but he was still scared. The roof was basically horizontal, only having a slight tilt. It was almost like standing on the ground.

Geoff smiled, sitting down on the roof with Awsten. He wrapped the blanket around their shoulders. "Becky was right, you know." Geoff whispered, looking out into the night sky.

"About what?" Awsten asked, a warm feeling spreading in his chest. He rested his head on Geoff's shoulder.

"Me liking you," Geoff said quietly. "I-I uh.. I'm gay, Awsten."

"I guessed that. Why didn't you tell me, Geebear?" Awsten looked up at Geoff. "I wouldn't have been mad."

"I-I know, it's just.. it's just hard," Geoff said quietly. "I'm meant to be a big strong football player. I'm meant to be straight. Hell, if I was straight I wouldn't have a fractured wrist and collarbone right now." Geoff chuckled to himself.

"What do you mean? You said it happened during practice?" Awsten frowned, confused.

"Nah. My dad did it. He found porn mags in my room," Geoff said casually. "He's in jail."

"O-oh." Awsten said quietly. How the fuck was he meant to react to that?

"It's okay Awsie. You're my medicine, you make me feel better. Just.. don't leave me." Geoff said quietly.

Awsten nodded. He looked up at Geoff. "Geebear?" He whispered.

"Yeah?" Geoff replied, feeling a blush coat his cheeks. He was so fucking in love. He felt his mouth and throat go dry and his palms began to sweat.

"Kiss me, Gee." Awsten said.

Geoff nodded, leaning in. He pressed a gentle kiss to the boys lips, pulling away to smile. He couldn't help it. Everything was so perfect. Everything was just like he would imagine it when he was lonely or sad. He pulled the blankets around them tighter, then leant back in to kiss Awsten.

Geoff didn't want this to end.
