I woke up screaming like a banshee. I could feel my self being awake and being safe beause Shawn was right next to me trying to calm me down, but I kept screaming.
I finally stopped and looked at Shawn. He had a worried yet shocked look on his face.
" Are you okay?" He asked concernly.
I took a deep breath, " umm- y umm- yea. Sorry."
He got out of bed, " You really scared me."
I push my hair back behind my ear, " I'm really sorry." I feel bad.
He laughs, " its okay, really."
I wipe my eyes, " what time is it?" I ask Shawn
He pushes back his hair, " Like 4:40."
I hit my face, " Now I really feel back. It's so early."
He takes off his shirt and puts on a sweatshirt.
Then he grabs his car keys, and dangle them in front of me.
" wanna go get coffee?" he asks me.
I smile. We get up and go.
Shawn opens the door car for me and then he gets in and drives to Tim Hortons.
We go through drive thru. Shawn orders me a medium size Iced vanilla latte with almomd milk, he gets a iced coffe and he orders for both of us to share a chocolate donut with sprinkles.
After we get our food Shawn parks in the parking lot.
He hands me my coffee, " Happy Birthday Sky!" I smile.
" thanks."
I added on, " you remembered?"
He smiled then took a bit of the donut, " of course."
I take a sip of my coffee.
" So what are you doing today?"
I wipe my mouth, " well my mom does not get back from work until 7, and I know she will want to take a little nap, so therefore, we will probably get lunch. For the evening I dont know because she works at like 8 and she usally leaves by 7:10."
Shawn finshes his coffee, " you should come over for dinner. My mom would love to cook you a special dinner."
I laugh a little, " no its okay." I say.
Shawn leans my me, " pretty please with a chery on top." He pleds.
I laugh and agree.
He drives me back to his place. We get their around 5:50 so I decide to call that a night and go back to my house to get more sleep for an hour or two.
