Shawn?

I was just watching some YouTube when I heard my stairs creep.

" Shawn?" I yelled out.

" what? No? Why would you think it was Shawn?" It was Aaliyah. She had makeup running down her face.

" because I know he saw us at the club last night. What's wrong."

She walked over to me, I stood up and hugged her and that's when she broke into tears.

" Grayson broke up with me."

She sat on my bed, " well I told him about Ross and he couldn't believe that I went to a club and drank."
" I'm sorry."
" I miss him Sky."
" hey it's okay."
I added, " we can watch Peter pan or any Disney movie you want- you can pick. I'll go get you water and some popcorn. It will be a fun night."

" thank you."

Aaliyah went back to her house like 3 hours later, she got better but she is destroyed. She really loved Gray, and he was a good guy. I felt bad.

- a couple days after the club-

I walked out of my house, " hey Grayson."
" hey Sky."
" thank you for coming over. Wanna get going?""

I called Gray to talk to him about Aaliyah. We were just walking over to Tim Horton's.

" I understand you're mad at Aaliyah, but she really does love you."
" then why drink and why go dancing with someone. She's changing."
" she's still the same fun loving girl you know."

" are you sure about that?"
" Gray.."
" you did not do anything stupid, all you did was talk to someone about life, she knew she had a boyfriend and still she danced with a random guy."

It was silent.
" I totally get where your coming from, but someone told me this... we are capable of doing horrible things but we are also capable of forgiveness."

Gray just looked at me, " what would you do if your boyfriend cheated on you?"

I answer honestly, " I would be upset but over time I found forgive them because I know it's our human nature to make mistakes, buts it's also in our human nature to forgive."

" I love Aaliyah... I just need sometime."
" and that's totally reasonable."
" hey I have to be somewhere but thank you for talking with me."

I smiled, " anytime."
" I'll see you at lacrosse practice. Bye."
I waved to him and went into the coffee shop.

When I got down ordering I turned around and saw Christian sitting by one of the windows.
