Friends With Aaliyah Mendes

A double date?

Tuesday-

After school I went to the public library to research for my english paper. Aaliyah couldn't come, so I went by myself.

There was not a lot of people there, so I stayed there for a while.

I was reading until I heard a familiar voice.
" god where is the fiction section."
I looked up and saw Christian.

I got up and walk over to him, " it's over here."
He saw me.
" Hey! Thanks."
" No problem."
He's looking for a book, " not that long since we saw each other last."
I laughed, " well North Toronto isn't that big."
He laughed.

I kept thinking about the double date with Aaliyah and Gray this Friday.

" Hey." I looked at Christian, " I know this is really weird but my friend has a guy she likes and he wants to go on a double date with her and I can't bring my boyfriend... I know it's..."

He smiled, " you want me to be your date for the night?"
" I know it's weird but-"
" I would love to."
" Thank you so much!"
" just text me, and I will pick you around 7."
" Will do. Thank you again."
" No problem. It's seems like it will be fun and I want to get to know you better."
I smiled, " Likewise."

Not long after that I left.

Friday-
I started getting for the double date, a little while after school.

I started to re-curl my hair and put on my outfit. A tan long sleeve shirt with skinny light blue jeans and Black combat boots.

I waited for Christian, and when the clock strike 7, I heard a knock on my door.

I opened it to see Christian in a nice blue bitten shirt and tan pants.
" wow you look beautiful Sky."
" Thank you. You don't look so bad your self."
He handed me flowers.
" thank you. You can come in, while I put these in some water."

After that we left and went to Aaliyah's.
" Hey Sky, and Christian. You guys came just in time dinner is ready."

I walked over to Gray, " hey Gray."
" hello Sky."
" thank you for giving Aaliyah a second chance."
" I did it for you."
" we will have fun tonight I promise."

We sat and down and began to eat.
" so Sky, how long have you and Christian been talking."
" a couple of weeks."
Aaliyah looked at Christian, " I'm guessing your the one who got her that beautiful rose necklace."

I totally forgot that I was wearing the necklace Shawn gave me.
I looked at Christian for help.
He smiled proud, " I did."
" it's so cute." Aaliyah said.

After we finished dinner, we wondered on what do to next.
" you guys wanna play Hockey outside or something? My net is still up."
" sure!"

While everyone was getting their shoes and coats on Aaliyah talked to Christian.
" hey Christian there's a football game at our school next Friday you should come."
" okay cool thanks for invite. I maybe will."
" okay great." Aaliyah smiled.

We went outside to get ready to play.
" let the teams be girls vs boys."
I said.
The boys chucked.
" what? Don't think we can beat you." I asked.
" no way." Gray said.
" get ready to lose boys." Aaliyah said.

We started off playing, we had a hit off, and Gray got the puck. He went pass Aaliyah and scored the goal.
" hey what was that about winning." Gray asked.
Liyah and I Just rolled there eyes.

When I got the punk, I ran passed Christian, passed it to Aaliyah who shot.

We were in the finals and tied, so who ever scored his point is the winner.

Gray went to go pass to Christian, but I stole it, and I went to go pass to Aaliyah gray was totally blocking her, and Christian was coming after me, so I shot it.
I thought Gray was going to stop it, but it went right past him, and into the goal.
" yesssss!" I yelled.

" ahahhaha we won!" Aaliyah yelled running over to me.
We high five, " aye! Nice job."
The boys came over clapping, " okay fine, you guys and good."
I laughed, " we beat you."
" okay, okay."

Then we saw car head lights pulling over.
