Chapter 24

*Rainy's POV*

I went to my first class and when my name was called a couple of girls looked at me. Great. I stood up and said a fact about myself like I was supposed to.

I sat back down and the teacher pulled up a video for us to watch after she called role, when I realized one of my videos was on the side.

I prayed she wouldn't notice but after the video, of course she did. "Oh Rainy is this you?" She asked. "Yeah her mom is Andrea Russet and her dad is Kian Lawley," said some girl.

I put my head down and she clicked on the video. It was me doing a haul. Everyone started laughing. I started stuffing my things into my bag.

I felt the tears start to well up and I slung my bag over my shoulder and ran out of the classroom the tears streaming down my face.

"Rainy Lawley!!!" I heard the teacher yell. I ran into the bathroom and locked myself into a stall.

*Aaron's POV* (A/N: just so you know Aaron's a guy)

I can't believe she would do that to that pour girl. Everyone knowing she's adopted by youtubers was hard enough on her then she had to go and show her YouTube videos in class?

What a bitch. "Was that really necessary?" I asked the teacher after Rainy ran out crying. "I didn't think it would make her upset," she responded.

"People will make fun of her for YouTube videos ya know!" I yelled. She shook her head, "Please sit down Aaron, Stephanie will you please go check on Rainy?"

A girl with brown hair nodded and walked out of the class. I sat down and crossed my arms.

*Rainy's POV*

I hugged my knees to my chest and I heard the door open. "Rainy?" I heard a voice asked. "Yeah?" I responded while sniffling.

"I'm sorry Mrs. Bitchface showed the entire class your video," The girl said. I laughed, "I just can't believe she would show the entire class my videos."

She sighed, "Yeah she's a bitch." I unlocked the stall and came out. "I like you," I said while squinting my eyes at her.

She laughed and squinted, "I like you too." I laughed. "Thanks for cheering me up, if I get in trouble though I'm calling my dad just so ya know," I said laughing.

She laughed, "I don't blame you, how come you came to public school anyway?" She asked sitting down in a chair that was in the restroom which was a really nice school restroom.

I sat down in the other chair. "Well, my dad said he would send me to public school, then if I didn't like it or too many people recognized me or I got bullied or some shit like that he would let me do online school like Trevor does," I explained.

"Oh okay, that sounds pretty fair I guess, um so how do you like it here so far?" she asked. "Honestly? This has been the highlight of my day," I said sighing.

She sighed,"I guess we better go back to Bitchface's room." I nodded, "I guess." "Oh by the way I'm Steph," she said. "I'm Rainy."

I picked up my bag off the floor and we walked across the hall to Bitchface's room. "Took you two long enough, now Rainy I'm sorry I embarrassed you I didn't realize you would get upset if I showed everyone your videos," she said.

Whatever, I thought. "It's okay," I lied. I sat back down next to a boy with brown hair and glasses, who I hadn't noticed was there until now. Bitchface started talking and I felt a tap on my shoulder.

"Hey I'm Aaron," the boy introduced himself. "I'm Rainy," I whispered back. "That's a cool name," he said. I laughed quietly, "Thanks how do you spell your name?"

He showed me his paper, which had his name "Aaron White." printed at the top. I nodded and smiled. I turned my attention back the the "teacher" and a ball of paper that came from Aaron's direction landed on my desk.

I opened it under my desk, and it read "Hey Rainy, I know I just met you and this is crazy but here's my number so movie maybe?" I smiled and looked at the bottom to see that his number was printed at the bottom. I wrote on the bottom, "Any guy that uses song lyrics in notes wins me over so yes :)"

I handed him the ball, hoping she wouldn't notice and the bell rang. I got up and so did Aaron. "So maybe this Friday?" he asked.

I nodded, "Sure I'll have to ask my dad though probably." He nodded. "Oh here's my number, uh I don't have any paper." Lie, I did have paper I just wanted to write on his hand.

"Oh uh here," he said holding out his hand. I grabbed a black pen from my bag and wrote my number on his hand. "I'll text you!" he shouted, before running into a boy carrying a bunch of books and sending them both to the ground.

I giggled, what a dork.
