Noah's POV

Can I open my eyes now?

I opened my left eye, scanning the place around me to see if she was still here or hidden.

Since I couldn't see anyone around, I opened both my eyes, letting out a soft chuckle.

How bold of Cassy to check me out as I was sleeping. I was actually awake when she was touching my face. I just didn't want to open my eyes, I wanted to know what she'd do.

It was hard to keep a straight the whole time, sleeping face, as her soft hands were touching my face, oh I wish she could have done it for a longer time.

I was enjoying it.

I smiled as I thought about her. She was so precious. She was always the one for me.

The fact that I get to be with her again is a dream I never thought would ever come true. Just seeing her again, it was unbelievable.

I really...was a lucky guy.

My smile grew even bigger as I was longing for her touch again. I wanted to see her again and maybe tease her too.

I stretched my body before standing up, being a werewolf at night really took lots of my energy and my body was hurting, especially my legs and wrists from all the running on all four.

I was about to take a step when I suddenly heard footsteps getting closer to me. It made me stand still for a few seconds.

Then the feeling hit me.

The hunters who almost caught me once!

Stress, no. A tightness was squeezing my heart that was making it hard to breath. Panic started to get to me and I couldn't stay still anymore, running once again like my life was on the line. Literally.

They pretty much noticed me in the forest. I was running as fast as I could, away from the tree. I couldn't let them find my tree either. I wouldn't know what to do if it was destroyed.

The hunters were screaming behind me but I couldn't hear them. My ears were locked, I could only hear my own heart rate increasing every second, the closer the hunters got. I was almost out of breath.

My vision was becoming more blurred, each step I took. It was a uncomfortable feeling I hadn't felt in a long time.

That is, until I saw Cassy's house. My eyes scanned it and then saw a window open. I knew that hiding in it wouldn't be a great idea since her parents were probably home and I'd be trapping himself.

But I didn't want to run anymore, I was almost out of breath and I'd faint any time soon. This was the only place I could hide in for a while. I started climbing the wall, up to the window and just threw myself inside.

I had no idea in what room I was in till I heard a scream behind me, a female voice letting out an omg, I turned around and met face to face with Cassy.

"Cassy!"

"Noah?"

This chapter was just part 2 that's why it was short. Why I didn't put it in the other one is because I didn't think I'd be this short but oh well it's still something.
